We came off a cruise with nothing to do and no where to go for 6 hrs. Went to the room anyway. And let's just say was extremely satisfied. Thanks Nicole we will definitely be back later this year. Also next you Gain a loyal customer.

IHG Website advertises: AIRPORT SHUTTLE (no shuttle- Front desk clerk said "we have not had a shuttle for over a year"; ( Actual Hotel Website notes No shuttle if you look hard enough- IHG includes AIRPORT Shuttle in search filters). POOL: available 8AM to 10PM on Hotel Website and IHG site but we were run out of pool at 8PM- no posted signs, no explanation, we had just arrived and of course wanted some wind down time??? Hmmm.. Hotel was under renovation- was noted in BIG LETTERS on website so no surprise. So the website can be updated, they just don't bother?? I choice this hotel for the above amenities. I am a Platinum Elite member of IHG frequent stay program. Seems like a joke. I expect to receive response from management to this review: 1. "We are sorry for the inconvenience and that we did not live up to your expectations. TRANSLATION: Too bad, we have your $$$. (We should not expect their website amenities lists to be accurately???) 2. We hope your next visit will be more pleasant.TRANSLATION: We do not intend to change anything. If you are dumb enough to return, too bad. Breakfast- skip it. Nice Evening Reception on Wednesday. Nice, big rooms. VERY OLD, POOR work out room- skip it.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 month but the reception staff give a terrible service to the clients, they lost a package that they sent me by mail with important documents and nobody wanted to attend to me to resolve my situation, an unpleasant situation that I had and well they never clean, they don't change the sheets

Excellent service from the cooks who provided the breakfast buffet and from waitresses they had my room at 100. The man who received me at night was bitter and very abusive.
