Overall a great building, grand entrance, great location with very large rooms. Rooms actually had laundry machines and dishwasher which was a surprise! The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star was the staff at the front desk. The greeting was cold and actually quite hostile. I had two rooms booked, showed up at 2:45, was told they weren’t ready and asked to come back at 3 so I lingered in the lobby, 3 came and left, rooms weren’t ready until 3:15… not the end of the world but the staff wasn’t trained on how to properly handle situations like this. A real shame since the reception is at the forefront of your experience, aside from that great place to stay just make sure you show up after 3 hehe.

I loved everything about our stay. From the checkin experience, the upgraded room to the extremely helpful staff amd attention to our stay, which I feel is missing from many hotels. Illias and Isabel were just 2 of the staff who went above and beyond excellence. The hotel is also in an excellent location in the middle of Brickell, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and we loved the amenities… pool, gym, full service spa, sexy lounge with live entertainment or DJ… and the STAFF goes above and beyond!! 4-nights with cold showers, clogged sinks, occasionally flushing toilets, no towels at the pool, and spotty, every other day housekeeping visits. Nice staff, no management, in a $900 per night suite. There are plenty of experience and luxury hotels in Brickell, you don’t need this one.

It's everything you want from a luxurious hotel experience. The view from this building is stunning. It has two pools one on the 9th floor with a restaurant and one at the top floor. Facilities include gym,spa, tennis court, free climbing area.
