Jordyn did an amazing job getting us into a Wagoneer. We were looking at $15k in negative equity on our car, and had been denied at another dealership. Jordyn gave us an awesome trade in credit, and got us in a nicer model Wagoneer than we were looking at. He didn’t upsell us without our approval (that’s what gave us negative equity on our last car). We told him exactly what our parameters were, and he came through on all of them. So very thankful for working with Jordyn, and very happy with our purchase!

Extremely disappointed with the service/mechanic department at Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Kirkland. My first interaction with this team was positive, I had to get a key fob replaced for my car and they were fast, professional, and well-priced. So when my car started overheating, I figured I would go back to this team. However, my second interaction with this team left me disappointed and walking away with no desire to go back. My car had been overheating, and I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was able to meet with a service agent who addressed my concerns and gave me an estimated quote ($500). All good up to this point, but when the mechanic team "diagnosed" the problem, they recommended a complete system replace which totaled thousands of dollars - much more than the original estimate. I went back to the service department to ask about replacing the system and they were adamant in trying to get me to sell my car to them, and didn't really explain why the coolant system needed to be replaced, they just kept pushing me to sell my car. At this point, I was not prepared to spend thousands to replace the system and wanted to get a second opinion. The vibes were off and I wasn't feeling ready to proceed with Rairdon's. I thanked them and left. Here's the kicker, I went to two separate mechanics following this interaction with Rairdon's and both of the mechanics I went to couldn't find anything wrong other than topping off my coolant and replacing the coolant cap - nowhere near the thousands of $ and complete system replacement that Rairdon's recommended. If you've made it this far, I don't recommend Rairdon's for vehicle servicing. They tried to take advantage of me and were more concerned with getting me to sell my car to them than diagnosing and fixing the problem correctly. Disappointing to say the least.

I have never seen such good customer service. Justin and Alma were absolutely amazing. They took such great care and time with me as well as assured everything was taken care of and even filled up my new car with a tank of gas. I would highly recommend Rairdon's to anyone looking for high quality and trustworthiness. Thank you sincerely.

100% honest truth. I saw a beautiful car in the parking lot had no intentions on buying a car, but I fell in love with a 2018 Honda accord. There was a couple minor issues with the car so I told them my concerns. Jara was my sales person, if you go here to shop for a car, Jara is the man!. He will make sure you are happy. Back to the story, a few issues were wrong because it's not a 2022 so I don't expect perfection, but they delivered and made my car perfect for me because I wanted it that way. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. No hard sales tactics, no bs, just good loyal people here that want to get you into your dream car. Financing was great. The finance managers are helpful if yiu want to build your credit. Through and through I give these guys a 5/5 star rating and will be doing business with them again in the future. Jara you rock man thank you again for your experience, I hope you guys have a rocking new year in sales.
