Horrible service. Was there for 3 hours and no color took on my hair. I had told the salon that I had henna on my hair earlier but they said it was okay during the consultation. Charged me the entire amount with no results. Very disappointed! Will never go there again .

I called to book an appointment in November 2021 with the hope to get in before the Christmas holiday. I shared with the receptionist that I wanted a full cut and color, and the receptionist was able to get me an appointment in mid-December. My visit was with Arpad. I showed him the photo of the hair color I liked and he scoffed, telling me there wasn't enough time booked for that color and that I'd need to rebook to allow enough time. Time allotted only for a haircut and to have my hair toned. I asked for a long bob haircut - which I did not receive. Instead it looked like a single layer was cut into my long hair with no angles and definitely not a long bob. After a disappointing haircut and toner my bill came to roughly $200, shockingly. I left feeling disappointed and overcharged. In contrast, I recently went to a different salon for a full cut, color, and root shadow, which turned out fantastic and was less than what I paid at Winslow for a subpar experience, prompting me to leave this review to say I will not return to Winslow and can't recommend it based on price or service.

After waiting a month to get an appointment at Winslow Salon (with Rachelle) and coming all the way from Seattle - an hour in traffic after leaving work early, I was rudely turned away by the above stylist! The receptionist confirmed my appointment and I had a confirmation email. Rachelle had me wait 20 minutes before asking if I needed help. I said I was waiting for her and she told me she had another client then (I think she had other plans for Friday night). I don't recommend this salon at all. Too expensive anyway and inhuman treatment.
