After having account and using store for at least last 6 years I finally decided to look for another place. Every house I am working on - always some mistakes /f..ups and not even "sorry". "OK. come back and will fix it" - that is the most you will get. What about my time, gas...? We are not building a lot just 2-3 custom homes in a year, so obviously such a big company don't mind loosing accounts. If you are looking for a place to buy trim or doors-for your projects - skip this one!

The greeter, I am unsure of her name, is SO much more than that. An incredibly warm welcome, asked me what I needed so she could immediately point me to my direction, and ... a problem solver. Someone else in the store was discouraging me from trying something else I was specifically asking for (I think because I am female) she stopped me on my way out and asked if I had everything I needed. I said no, and shared what I was was needing to do. She gave me TWO options. She is a problem solver and would be snatched up by the world of UX in a heartbeat, making 6 figures immediately, if she doesn't already. You have yourself an incredibly competent and valuable asset there, Dunn Lumber. 👍

The sales people are knowledgeable, and the yard personnel are polite and helpful. It's the service that keeps bringing me back time after time, and, you most often have the needed items. In my business, time really is money, so items get loaded quickly, and I'm on my way.

Due to the numerous options out there, combined with unprecedented supply chain issues, I recommend you call our Kirkland location and speak to one of our salespersons there. Hi Larry, I checked with our Kirkland location and it looks like we have a few to choose from. The handle lengths are anywhere from 14" to 36". You can contact them and set up a paid will call that could be delivered to you in the parking lot. Or, you are welcome to shop inside the store as well. Have a good weekend, Jim C.
