The receptionist are all well trained. We are asked to step out the reception area while processing our MAWB paperwork

I’d give them a -5 if there was an option. 5 hours waiting plus broke the roof of my trailer. Then tries to lie and give me the wrong information. Gave the wrong supervisor number and email address. I didn’t except this from @Lufthansa. Be careful truck drivers and owner operators. Always go watch them unload. And if they break anything call the police right away, otherwise they gonna give you the wrong info. I’ve attached pictures of the individual responsible and the damage.

Use a different shipper. This place needs to update their customer experience. There is little to no guidance through any of the process. I have come to the conclusion that the office workers are completely inept. After they check You in, you receive no further instruction.
