is the worst company u have to walk a lot and they charge me $80 for each carry on bag and $110 for the big one 55lb and you have to pay each way I pay around $800 and something on bags I'll never fly with them they also charge for a meal for Chek in and for the seat and at the end they give another seat

Horrible service They charge even for a glass of water. No food to order either. On most international flights you get something not on this cheap airline. I would not recommend anyone flying with them. If I could give them no stars I would have. I felt very uneasy just looking at their old and dirty plane. Leather on the seats was so worn out it really made me take a closer look. Their prices are not low either. Charge for your luggage even your carry on. They charge for your seat. I flew with two children and paid over $1900 so not a cheap airline. Don’t fly with them.

Its the worst airline I ever used! They lost my bag, the plane was delayed, the lines are huge, the seats in the plane are really small, the costumer service is the worst.

Choosing Volaris for your traveling is economical but uncomfortable. The seats are very narrow and finding a position to be able to sleep is impossible. The flight attendants are very polite. Food is available for additional cost. Payment type is card only.
