The one and only company that does not send the representative to where you need to pick up your luggage. I wish I had the luggage to pick up I just came here waiting for them to send someone so I can file a complaint and maybe be able to get my luggage back. On my flight there was no representative and nobody could help. On the second flight someone came and we feel the report. Very unprofessional understaffed and if possible I want to fly with them again

Don’t fly Avianca. They charged me $100+ for baggage, even though it was included in my ticket. This is a bunk airline. I’d rather fly with Spirit airlines

It would be a good idea to call the airline well in advance of your travel date and ask if they carry boxes. If they say no, the most convenient thing is to send the box at least 2 months before the date on which one is going to travel. There are agencies that are dedicated to this type of shipments and it is cheaper than paying per pound to an airline
8:30 am-1:00pm and 3:00 pm - 12am. Oh you can call 1800AVIANCA.
Terminal 2 in Sao Paulo
No don't ask
For South America I don't know but for people who travel to Central America they don't ask for the covid test
The worst service... I am very dissected of this Airline. Incredible not having offices in Los Angeles and calls to customer service never give you an answer.
I think of Avianca that is affordable, great staff. I have no complains
The test is done 24 hours before leaving the USA to any country, the travel agency provides the assigned places.
I doubt it. But you can try. The best way is to on line, but it depends on where did you buy ticket from. If you did it on line, through avianca.com, you should be able to reschedule your flight, but if you bought through an trip agency, you need to contract them, so in a few world, you need to look for help with the people who you bought the ticket from.
No no no
On the transfer side, check the Avianca website for the travel requirements, which are independent of the requirements for leaving the country and entering the destination country. Basically it is a certification of the animal health agency in the country of origin and procedures in the country of destination
Call Avianca, it is more exact how much the third suitcase is worth, for example, it can be more than $ 100 dollars
Boarding at Tom Bradley International. Counters and baggage office T3
