The staff is terrible and won't help landlords during 2020--2022 they make the landlords jump thru hoops, make it difficult to talk to someone in management and tell the tenants to snitch on the landlords. Won't return calls nor emails !!

They are lazy and ghetto. I don't understand why the state trust them with all the funding. It takes forever to get help and by the time they help you, it's too late.

Trying to find out name of agency offering loans/grants/forms to complete to fix up a Detroit property. This agency is supposed to be located in what used to be an old police station near or on Woodward, W Grand Blvd, Henry Ford Hospital or New Center area. Please help by providing me with agency name and phone.

You should give them a call. They have a program with certain qualifications.
Unfortunately, Section 8 vouchers come from a housing authority. Wayne Metro is not a housing authority.
