This is a senior citizens complex. This property needs to be reported for unsafe living conditions. The dryers have not been working for almost a year. When you walk in the building, it’s a sauna. It was 92 degrees outside and no air on in several buildings. Residents are told there is a waiting list for repairs. Maintenance can not get to your repairs until March of 2021. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially seniors. I am calling every news station in Michigan because this is not acceptable living conditions. It feels like the floors in the hallway may give out at any moment. Calls are not returned.

I have lived at Friendship for 19 Years going on 20 years. The grounds have been well kept at all times. When the new owners/management company took over things around here outside and inside each building has gone to the dogs. It is a disgrace and a shame the way they have let the property go down. The answer to questions when asked is they don't have the money. Why buy property if you can't afford to keep it up. The new company's other properties are well kept. Why should where we live make a difference. It is not fair to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
