I will only travel southwest. They don't charge for luggage and you can sit wherever you want on the plane. Crews are always entertaining and nice.

Our 8:30pm flight has been delayed 3 times and we are now leaving after midnight. It appears they took our original airplane coming in and switched it to Austin. Southwest used to be a great airline but lately any flight after 6pm is probably late. All this with narrow/hard seats, no charging port, open seating, and small drink cups. And the prices have gone way up.

Cattle travel made efficient! 😂 Southwest, and terminal 1 in LAX, done have some of the fancy bells and whistles, but they get the job done. Additionally, it is remarkable what a great culture Southwest has build - employees all around are helpful, nice, and very human. They still have snacks and drinks on the flight, a nice touch. We recommend Southwest!
