We are new to the district from another nearby district. Our home is 3.3 miles away from the school my daughter needs to attend. I work evenings my spouse works out of town and my daughter Does not qualify to ride the bus because transportation has measured my home in a straight line from the school to be within walking distance which it’s not. One route to the school is 3.3 miles and the other is 3 miles. I think it’s absolutely absurd that transportation would make it impossible for a student to get home from school when working parents aren’t able to pick them up. We aren’t asking for door to door service.

The worse transportation system ever. The staff lie for one another. Terrible how they treat the children in the Antelope Valley school systems. Especially the disabled students and parents that rely on timely and safe transportation. The buses are always late or never show up. They always have some invalid excuse. The staff are not held accountable for the actions and incompetence. Unable to get a hold of the board that governs them. Staff unable to produce policy manuals on how to provide proper safety inspections. A disgrace to the community.

They don't show up answer phones or provide transportation for all students that need it very sad school district over all. Somebody always got a attitude when you call oh yeah they take ya kids to the wrong address to....better off finding another way

They are currently experiencing a driver shortage as many other companies are. They are doing the best they can with the amount of drivers they have please try to have some patience with them. It is a very stressful time for everyone involved

Why are the employees so rude and refuse to give their names or answer questions when ask by citizens of the general public?? Why does the supervisor refuse to talk to members of the public?
