Finally met the Dr, she was great and my issue and concerns were addressed and the nurse and x ray technician were good as well! The review is just for the wait time. 12 pm to 5 pm 5 hrs . Waited 4hours , 2 hours in the lobby and then 3hrs inside the room. . Came for neck and shoulder and arm pain, not worth the wait, disappointed:( , never had to wait 5 hours in urgent care. Wish they can be more quicker. Understand it's Saturday,but why would it take this long to be since in urgent care? I hope never have to come back again

We, my wife and myself drove 40 miles to get there before they closed, at 9 pm At 8:30 we were denied access, because as the guard put it " Due to heavy traffic earlier, they were closed". Lot was empty besides us. One person waiting. Ridiculous, we pay for service .We demand satisfaction.

My daughter is still sick they charged her medical insurance for I.v.s she didn't get and the nurses are horrible it's been 7 days of throwing up and they gave her no I.v.s she decided to leave A.M.A because we had been in the room for an hour with no care. If something happens to my child I blame kaiser urgent care. Horrible

Came in around 9am and wasn't called until 10am. I came for an ear ache which resulted in 2 CT scans, blood and urine work, an IV and a vaccine. I was first told the machine for the scans was broken then that it was fixed so i got my scans done and told to wait and hour in the waiting room. People came and went and still no in person results after 4 hours although I had received notification of them on my online account. I felt like the doctor didn't thoroughly explain to me my results but finally got my IV removed and sent to the pharmacy

Kaiser insurance only. If you get Kaiser/Medi-Cal, then you can go to any Kaiser facility. If not, and in the AV, try High Desert Medical Group. Just north of K on 15 W
They usually tell you the wait time when you go to the check in desk.
When I just took my 17 yr old they said she needed an adult bc she's a minor but good thing is she's peds so they get them in sooner usually bc they have a pediatrician or they can set an appt for rt then. Hope they feel better.
They will tell you at the Reception desk. I believe it is around $150 for visit only

Kaiser locks the doors at 10pm Christmas day. Pharmacy closes at 6pm
Yes they are open 7 days from the times mentioned above BUT if you go at night, ba sure to arrive no later than about 9-ish because in my experiences, they lock the doors not too much later than that and just finish with who they already have waiting inside.

If anyone brings a minor in for medical care, they need the minor's kaiser medical record number and some way to show they are authorized to choose medical care for that child, whether that be legal guardianship or a note from the parent.
Kaiser's urgent care is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m til 10 p.m
