First class all the way! We arrived 30 minutes before departure. We were greeted at their Houston terminal by a United Airlines representative, she helped us check in & we departed on time. The plane was new & extremely comfortable. Well worth the money. Well done to all at United Airlines..

United Airlines is decent for the state of travel right now. Only had one flight out of the last 8 be delayed and they're pretty good at catching up. That said, it's 50/50 whether the aircraft seat I'm assigned is "cleaned" and whether they give me a disinfecting wipe or not. Recommend you bring your own.

We flew out of Newark on THE jankiest airplane I have ever been on... I assume it was the workhorse of the fleet, because it was worn down on the inside (Newark --> Buffalo) I didn't have an armrest - the one between seats was broken, as were others that I noticed even in business class.. there were overhead compartments that didn't want to close, and the plane was dirty as hell. I didn't dare use the restroom. The AC leaked on my gf and my tray was busted on one side so it was completely useless. After the flight I noticed that my luggage appears to had been attacked by a machete weilding ape of some sort. American airlines got us home safely though.

I have flown with another economy airline for years and I am kicking myself. I was so comfortable and well treated by the staff of United Airlines. I'm disabled and use a walker and requested a wheelchair to get from sidewalk to gate. Not only was a staff member ready and waiting but I sailed through security without any pain. They checked my walker at the plane and had it ready when I disembarked. Covid restrictions were in effect and I felt safe and secure. United Airlines has my business for life!

Depends what on your ticket. If you are on a cheap basic economy ticket then no free bags. Regular Economy gets you 1 free bag up to 50 lbs and 1 carry on bag. Be mindful of your weight because if you are over the 50lbs it can cost you up to $100. If you are a few lbs over transfer the extra to your carry on bag.
Nope, no interior smoking, but several small areas and one larger one at drop off and pick up areas, large one close to international arrivals area
Back in July, we were supposed to check in at terminal 7 and ended up having to walk to terminal 6. So maybe it depends on which flight you're on.
7......next to Tom Bradley intl.
