As a Hilton diamond member I had a not so positive recent experience: 1. I informed the hotel the day prior to my arrival that I will arrive around 14:00; when I arrived I was asked for passport and deposit and was told to wait until my room is ready. Not a sign of "welcome" and "thank you for your loyalty " or „welcome back“ …I'm a Hilton Diamond member and this is my 3rd stay with this hotel… but seems no one really bothered….this was not good!!! 2. I was sent to the fitness room to change until my room was ready. When I entered the changing room with my suitcase, there were two ladies from the personnel who asked me "who sent you here?" while looking at their phones and I was like "really?"....they felt I was ruining their leisure time ?!?! while they were at work. They left staring at their phones as if I were the biggest intrusion… 3. 40 mins later my room was ready, the digital key didn't work and I was not given a towel card... Overall this is a great hotel, some people do care about the good experience of their guests, but some couldn’t care less….I feel the hotel should spend more time on educating their staff what a good customer service is. Thank you!
