the hotel is a bit old. the rooms are very soundproof but clean. the direct access to the beach and the beach chairs there and on the beach are great. however, a resort fee of $29 per room per day is payable locally. breakfast and generally the food is not very cheap. the staff seems mostly very unmotivated, at the reception even very unfriendly. this unfriendliness is also reflected here on google in the questionable answers (false statements) to the critical reviews. However, we would like to give special praise to the doorman (enrique and antonio), they are extremely helpful and gave us very good tips for excursions.

Stayed here as the Sheraton. It was great. Leaving 4 stars because it has changed and not sure how good it is. The location is great. Close to the FB. Restaurant was ok.

Hello viviana..a.nosotroa we happened the same with the flight time.the room you have to leave at 12 hrs..podes have lunch at the hotel .use all the facilities..that is..pileta playa..but if you have to go to the bathroom or change You go to the bathroom that is in front of the gym ... wet and very humid floor.
