it was the worse first off it had roaches second they over charger my card i called for a week straight an they just keep giving me the run around took my name an number said manger would call me well here we are a week later still no manger an they keep hanging up on me worse hotel i ever stayed in my love now i have to cancel my card just to try an get my money back they over charged me for

I was staying at this hotel in August of the current year. The day of check out they informed us that they would return to the card the deposit requested at the time of check in and that we should not pay any extra value. Upon returning from my vacation I realize that the hotel made some charges and I have no idea why. I have communicated on multiple occasions with the manager Hector and he only leaves me on the answering machine or tells me that the refund will be made, it is the date that I do not receive any response or my refund.

Awesome staff, the room was perfect stayed there Oct 2011 and one of the staff who was really nice to me remembered my face now that I am here in Oct 2022 very impressive the view from my room was amazing , the price was not bad at all.

Liked · The pool is not bad. The area is great. the piola pizzeria near was a great place. the beach was clean. Disliked · At are arrive the staff member at the reception was not smilling and unprofessional, we arrive at 10 o'clock (okay we was to earlie and they accept to take our stuff in there office (thanks for that) at 1 o'clock they call us, the room was ready but, we got a room change and a better one whit view on the sea. The elevator drive us to the 7 floor, ugly if you compare whit the 5 floor (where we have to go if you want ice, ok ice maker machine can be down for maintenance...) Our room: Dirty carpet, dirty armchair, dirty bath, dirty toilet... A restroom from 1980. rust on the tablet, shelf, toilet pipe. mold on tile of the floor, broken toilet door. When we go to the office in the evening, the policies is you have 1 hour if you want a room change. They try to feel you guilty because you report this 6 hours later, they dont want to understand the only thing we do is only change our cloth to go on the beach and dinner after a long day of driving... But they accept to come see the room and after that try again to feel us guilty ""and anyway you only stay a day..."" i didnt want to understand anything. I know this is not a new hotel... but a little bit of update will be nice... 7 o'clock in the morning someone enter in our room... The woman who check us in probably dont do it properly she told us she dont understand why we have not been checkin in the système.. that was her job a day ago... whitout any excuse! No fridge, no microwave. for all these reasons we do not recommend this hotel The hotel on the side north is on renovation so that was noisy early in the morning higher fees for parking

I was there 20 days and the cost is 34 usd plus tax around a total of usd37 x day. But about 4 blocks away there is a public parking that charges usd 8 per day.

If you are in Miami Beach you can go by bus in the 150 drop off at the airport and from there take another to the Dophin Mall that I believe is 238 (it is easy to find out). By taxi it costs 60 or 70 dollars at least. Older adults pay less otherwise it is advisable to bring change that does not return the change (if it is 2.50 and you put 3 do not return 0.50) There is the possibility of taking out a card and carrying it with the trips you are going to make.
