Advantages 1. The location is good. 2. There is no restaurant, but we simply provide cereal, milk, coffee, and bread wrapped in plastic. (don't expect too much) disadvantage 1. Old and narrow. 2. The cleaning condition is not very good. 3. The fixed shower head is inconvenient. 4. Room key didn't work and I had to re-enable it several times. 5. Bugs coming out of the bathtub. 6. Ventilation is difficult. (no windows that can be opened and closed) 7. Elevator is very slow. (I thought I was trapped at first) 8. Wifi too slow. No revisit intention.

Hôtel is very well located. Close to Time Square and the 5th avenue. We were there with 3 kids and we recommand it. Staffing people and especially George are really nice. He arranged for us the taxi trip from JFK to the hotel.

The Hotel itself is not bad and the location is very good. But the worst staff, rude and sloppy. They charged us wrong for the stay, almost double and it took 4 days to solve it and 10 to return the money. We asked for towels for all the guests and never mind, they don't speak Spanish, each time one attended us and to see which of all the most inept. I do not recommend this hotel at all, there are thousands of hotels in NY and they sure make the stay easier for travelers.

They do not have claim forms. They charge you more than what is stipulated in the reservation and they take several days to solve the problem. They don't put enough towels for the people in the room. At the reception they have rude and easygoing people. Only the manager was up to the task. I would not return or recommend this hotel except for its location.

I totally disagreed.There are small rooms in the back.And beautiful duplex rooms with tow bathrooms .Small balcony, high ceilings facing south.I stayed in this hotel 2020 From March to June.We were to travel overseas and NY apt was rented.When the news broke.So we had no idea how we would return to the place as they were occupied by visitors from overseas. The country was closed.New York lockdown was severe.They were kind with us.I never saw any disrespect with the employees.The eating service was always nice to us as the staff.We had a king lux room.Facing the front.It was very comfortable .Marble baths with a bide. Close to Fifht Ave and Bryant Park.Easy to go home UES.I suggest the front rooms.They can be more pricey.But is much nicer.
Hi! The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed (which looks more like a single bed). Accommodates three adults very well! The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. Room service is top notch! Everything very clean: bedding, towels and utensils. The location is wonderful! It's value for money. Hugs!
