The Broadway Plaza hotel is a nice hotel. Modern lobby but the rooms are a bit outdated, but clean. Giving 4 stars because the blankets felt like 1 ply toilet paper … lol. They were so stiff and uncomfortable. The best part about staying at this hotel is that the street my room faced is closed which made it quiet through the night.

Hotel very well located, My room was relatively large. The breakfast quite simple.

This was a tough review to write. This hotel is a bit of a conundrum. It is excellently located in the Nomad district close to flatiron. However there are drug dealers fighting every night on the street corner. The first room we were offered on the 2nd floor had no view (or even natural light) and a broken air con. It was unbearably hot and humid. The staff worked hard to fix the air con but couldn’t. The next day we asked to move rooms and the staff helpfully agreed and moved us. We then got a beautiful room on the 10th floor with stunning views of the Empire State. The hotel lobby is pretty and the renovated rooms are modern and nicely done. But then there is the weird and depressing ex-breakfast room with a broken coffee machine and hospital-canteen style tables. They’d be better off not having this room at all and just sticking with the fridges and kettles in the rooms I think. The hotel is therefore a strange mix of very good and modern on the one hand, and dated and broken on the other. Perhaps when it’s completely renovated it would be better. The price was good value compared to other nearby hotels, but unfortunately they double charged my card. They did helpfully respond to emails and quickly reversed the second payment.

If yiur early then crossants, cupcakes, bagels, fruit, milk, koffie, thee, in a simple kichen on the 4th floor. Better to get your breakfast to your room.
There is a small fridge in every room. I had the same question when i checked in.
Broadway charges $1.50 per night per person
They have standard outlets for charging, and the hotel has free Wi-Fi. I do not remember if they have loading ports.
There is some on street parking if there is a space available
