I don't understand it's impossible to get customer service, no one answers me on the phone or by email. Is this hotel reliable?

Location is great! Staff is friendly, service minded and talkative. I appreciated the free cold water stations where one can fill up bottles of water. Nice view from terrace on floor 27. My room however was a bit noisy. The air conditioner made random very loud noises waking me up during the night.

It's always good to check the website hotel directly for contact info or call them directly. They do answer the phones
