Parking was super easy. Park in front of the hotel to unload/check in. They are super helpful at the front desk and will tell you just to back right up to the garage. Its literally next door, underground. We paid $78 for 2 nights (Sunday & Monday, 2 weeks ago).

They go by 24hours. If it's there for 24 hours and 1 minute it'll be charged as 2 days.

You oay for the parking. I dont think any parking garage will be liable for any damages whatsoever, that how we buy car insurance. But this one is an inside garage, if that gives you more comfort
