I think it depends on Management. ..and on the behavior of your nine year old. If she is well behaved then perhaps it shouldn't be any problems. Towards the wknd, I personally wouldn't. It's like bringing a kid to an adult environment....it cramps the style of the other adults. ...its totally unfair to others. However, if the rooftop is tame and not too many ppl are there; it shouldn't matter. But if it starts getting crowded, I believe you guys should take the hint & excuse yourself politely...after all there are restaurants that you guys can to with your child and still enjoy a cocktail.
