Called controlled air as my father amd my father in law had both used them, only to discover that they do not exist anymore. They have sold out, or been bought out, regardless, another good company down the drain. I had talked to a person to schedule the appointment, that was good. Was called a short time later by the technician that was going to come out, that was ok, then I got a call from someone in scheduling, i am assuming, that tried to set me up with a commercial HVAC company, I had asked why would I need them, and he said that they do not do the work I am looking for. So, the work I was looking for was a furnace and a/c install. At the time, our house was on cribbing, with the foundation and walls underneath, but no slab in the basement. They said they cannot help, I told him I was looking to geta quote to figure out what it would cost, he said they only do remove/replace, I said great, I saved you a step, no furnace to remove, only install. All of the duct work was there except the air handler. They still said no. So, in short, if you are looking for the most basic if R&R work, go with the company that has been gutted by Benjamin Franklin plumbing/1 hour heating.

I called Tim L to ask some questions about adding a humidifier to our furnace because of very dry conditions in our home. He walked me though the system options and I was on the calendar the next day! Mark Ford tech showed up right on time and even called when he was on his way. Mark was great explaining again how the system worked and what maintenance needed to be done. We also have a black lab pup that is very interested in everything going on. Mark was so great with our dog. When Mark finished up he walked us through the system and left our home spotless. I would highly recommend Controlled Air!
