My service technician, Aaron, was not only extremely friendly, but communicated well about his arrival, was authoritative on my furnace and specialized in zoning systems, and carefully explained all issues clearly. He has been the best technician I’ve had to work on my furnace.

******READ BEFORE BUYING HERE****** Before you use this company have another inspect what they say needs to be replaced. More than likely One Hour will try and sell you an AC unit or Furnace, even if you truly don't need it. Summer of 2021 I had them come out and diagnose why my AC wasn't working properly. They told me the A-coil was bad and that I would have to replace the condenser as well. I trusted them so I had them replace it all. I felt as if it was to expensive though, so I had 2 other quotes after the fact. Both of which were cheaper. Fast forward to the winter. My furnace was giving me troubles starting up. Again, I had them come out. They said it was a bad relay board and that it would be $1000+ to fix it and I would be better off getting a new furnace. This time I didn't feel like that was the case. I had ordered a new relay board online for $150 and replaced it myself in 10 minutes. That was not the issue. It ended up being a .25 spade connector that was falling off the terminal. Works like new again. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Now I'm still paying off a overpriced AC system.

One of the best experiences I've had with a company. Very competitively priced amazing installers were very pleasant and professional they all worked very well with each other. I higly recommend this place.

Generally speaking, water calcifies off the water panel into the air stream of the duct work onto the filter. You might want to consider changing the water panel more often, maybe a couple times a heating season. Also, you might have hard water that could lead to more calcification. We do offer water testing on the softener to ensure it’s working properly if that’s a concern.
Our business practice is to send a fully trained service professional out to your home and complete a diagnostic to figure out what is going on with the complete system. From there they will sit down with you to go over their findings and discuss your options using our straight forward pricing guide, and then we always get your approval before any work is completed. In some cases, depending on the age and the cost of the repairs needed, it would not be uncommon for our technician to discuss repair vs. replacement options to help save you money in the long run.
