OUTSTANDING SERVICE. From the moment we arrived until the time we left each and every staff member has been incredibly professional, caring and did beyond what we expected to make us feel good. Julien welcomed us at the Front Drive and Jade and Nico at the desk. Room was ready earlier than expected (it was a lovely renovated room in the 20th floor) so we could get our swimming suits and go to the stunning pool with beautiful views. The team at the pool is beyond incredible: Ryan, Alejandro, Jesus… all went above and beyond and asked us daily about our plans and activities to give us advice. IRD AND housekeeping teams were amazing too and the team responding the chat was so attentive! Thanks Jorge Paez and your team for the delicious amenities to the room and thanks to Hamlet, Mario, Richard and all the team at valet/ bell. THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT STAY IT WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. Will definitely be back!

Always stay here whenever i come down to Miami. The pool has such a great vibe and the majority of the staff are very friendly. The edge is the restaurant in the lobby and their wagyu Churrasco cannot be beat i can guarantee that much
