Probably the worst quality bike I’ve ever rented. Do not attempt to ride to Ojai on them.

This is my second time renting from Wheel Fun Rentals, but at a different location. The staff have been downright amazing at each location, very kind and genuine to ensure you’re setup for the best experience. Joseph was amazing offering recommendations and a map on Saturday morning, I had returned to a different gentleman but he was equally as kind when he was also managing a line up of many customers.

The cashier was nice however, the manager (it looked like the manager) told me to make sure I don’t damage the bike like Im a 5 year old. I know Im supposed to take care of a bike that isn’t mine. He killed my whole mood. I will not be renting from this place again and I come here like every 2-3 week.

Rented a Double Surrey with a groupon. Got it before 1:00 so the second hour was free! $15 for two hours! Great deal. ($30/hour without groupon) The attendant was very nice. Let us pick the exact bike we wanted and sent us on our way. The bike was in good condition and the bike path was great. Road a long the beach, under the pier, under the freeway, over rail road tracks, across a bridge. We had a great time. We've also rented from the Santa Barbara location. That place was great too.
