I have never written a negative review about a company but I had to due to the customer service my mother received. My mom ordered custom doors and when they arrived incorrectly ( I was there when she placed the order in person) she only received negative customer service. I have never seen my kind mom stress so much about a thing that could have been a simple exchange. My mother never complains even when she gets an order wrong at a restaurant and to see my kind mom treated wrongfully hurt. She was told she could not return the doors or exchange, went through her bank, only to finally have to go and return them ( my younger brother had to carry all the doors back into the store). Manager was rude and their customer service was not acceptable. I will never recommend this business. I do not care how affordable the prices are but all I wish my mom would have received was a little understanding, kindness and respect. The stress she went through was beyond me and I’ve never seen her like this.

Great prices! If you see something you want, you need to get it now. While they have the basics on most of the time, a lot of stuff is very hit and miss. The staff is always friendly.
