Was fast was in an out in like 30mins
Thom Seiter
Best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV by far. Quick and friendly staff.
Cheri kinsley
Made an appointment for 8:45; was in and out in 15 minutes! The clerk was efficient and pleasant. Don't believe all the bad things written about NV DMV.
Marcus Coleman
I went in for a moving permit. It took me about an hour. That was fast. I stood outside for about 15 mins. Bring a Jacket. Lol.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
2 proof of address, birth certificate, social security card, and current ID card if you have one.
Current ID, 2 proof of address (bank statements, utility bills), and proof of SSN (SS card, W-2, 1099) and look at the next answer, Mac T is also correct, but the question was how to get a real ID. If you don't have a real ID, you won't have a real ID to bring unless you are moving from another state.
You will have to go to the DMV bring in your birth certificate social security card and 2 proofs of address and you will need you license id #. If you do not have one and since you can not call a dmv to get it call your car insurance company they have it on file and bring it with you as well. Then pay the fee they give you a temp and send it in the mail in 7 days or less.
You really ought to check with the DMV website or by calling the DMV directly because pricing could change at any time. Also, it may be different depending on whether you're taking a behind-the-wheel test as a brand new driver or as a seasoned driver (elderly).
Do I need my registration from you to renew
You can make appointments online. Go to the DMV website and follow their instructions.
As long as it isn’t expired
$18.25. you can also use the kiosk (not having to wait) or you can also request one online, which is the best option in my opinion, for an extra $1.
No you need an appointment to be seen!
You can make an appointment online. I just did it for plates. Appointment was for 4:15 and I was seen immediately and was out by 4:45. An appointment is the best way to go!
First you need the smog then you should have received a notification by mail about the renewal of your estiquer lastly your current insurance and pay your rights by the way you can do it at the kiosk or machine
birth certificate if first time getting one in NV and everything else you have
You can walk in but I'd suggest being there before the door is open. Because appointments come first so you'll be sitting there all day if you aren't there super early. And a heads up, the only one really truly taking walk-ins is Henderson. The other DMVs are supposed to but are turning everybody away
You need to get a bill of sale and get it notarized, or go to the DMV with the seller and get it done there. They mail the title to you.
You can make an appointment. Or you can do a walk in on Saturdays ( I went this past Saturday walked up at 9am got a ticket for 115pm was there less than 30 mins total.) I think its like 45$ and bring your id ,ss and 2 proofs of current address.
Yes turn in plates before canceling insurance. There Still needs to be insurance on the car or you will he fined . Or proof is eas sold or totaled in a accident
Yes, but you may wait for many hours and there is no guarantee you will be seen.
Yes you can
Unfortunately I ran into the same issue and actually had to do it from another device for my fiance
And on Saturday they only give out 100 comeback tickets
Yes an appointment line they will call time of appointment
Make an appointment and they can with smong check that passes
Yes do have an appointment yet
I saw the amazing security officer take them and walk them in for people if they didn't need a receipt. If you want a receipt you would wait in line and bring your ID. You can also surrender them online and then drop them off.
I just wanted to turn the paperwork in for a handicap card. Not stand in line to do it.
Take all the paperwork you have to the office and ask. No appointment necessary.
Yes. You can walk in and make a appointment.
Well if your a handicap Vet, they'll do their best to accomodate.
You can either go up to the kiosk at the DMV or make an appointment online.
Yes, we did👍
You'd have to call but I believe I saw them on the wall 😊
It depends. Are you just trying to get a temporary placard, or prevent plates. According to their website, you're encouraged to mail in the paperwork or fax it. My guess is that the fastest is to fax it. I don't know about NV, but it took about 3 days in Colorado.
Yes, you can transfer your plates to a new car. I did it when I got my new car last year.
No
Getting a permit is not required, it's optional. However, it may be a good idea. it can take weeks or months to get a drive test. If you have a permit, you can drive legally as long as you have a licensed driver, 21 years or older, with at least one year of driving experience next to you. You should get in some practice so you will pass the drive test.
Yeah you need your ID if you want to change it and I don't know if you can do it online
Yes, through MyDMV but we would suggest using a kiosk. It prints them on the spot. Services are down today 10/15.
Just saying, your question didnot go go to a car dealer, it went to the DMV Google Guide Website Hope you find what you are looking for!
Won't work. Need social security card and photo ID or birth certificate
You would need to go to the dmv website and schedule for a permit test. Bring two forms of identification.
No.... you do not need appointment.
Appointment or get in on Saturday when they allow walk ins.
Saturdays
Always make an appointment
You should call them sir. Or check your my DMV portal online.
You can renew online at dmvnv.com. If you have not signed up for an account yet, all you need is your driver's license information to set it up and all the transactions you have with Dmv NV will show up including expiring vehicle registration and driver's license renewal and address changes and more as applicable on your case. There will be options to renew except for a classic vehicle or the information for your particular case can be searched in the website. Hope this helps.
There's a quota of people they admit on Saturdays. Once it is full, that's it. It is best to schedule a drive test or be very early 3am on a Saturday. Saturday is the no appointment first come first serve until no slot is available. They are understaffed right now as of 9/15/2022.
Birth certificate, driver's license/ ID, proof of insurance/ sr 22 if you are required to carry one.
Or in kiosk
Depends it's usually hole punched with the expiration date on there or written by marker. Mine expires till 2032
8 a.m.
You will need to take the id that you want to change and proof of address That will require a utility bill or a mortgage statement/ rental agreement.
No iT wont
Birth certificate and current driver's license and social security card. For REAL ID. some others work too. Usually they want 2 forms. And also proof of your address. Lease agreement and utility bills or phone bills. Current address is forgotten a lot.
Check your email DMV sends a confirmation email when appt is made.
they should’ve sent you a letter in the mail telling you the plates are ready. it took almost two months for mine to get in, i literally just got them this past saturday after ordering them online in the beginning of may.
Go to the appointment scheduler at dmv.nv.gov and pick New Driver's License. The category isn't all that important.
Provide you are the heir, vehicle title and death ceretificate
Documents with your lease/rental name and a bill. Also fill in the yellow form.
It's your choice. You can transfer the old plates if they are valid or expired less than 30 days. There are a few exceptions like Classic Vehicle plates.
No, you have to go to an office. If you're doing a title only, that's all you need. If you want to register it, you will also need insurance and, if it's coming from out-of-state, a VIN inspection. Make an appointment at dmv.nv.gov.
Car title, license driver driver, check smog paper
No, if you have driven it less than 5,000 miles. But you have to renew in person and submit an EC 18 form. https://dmv.nv.gov/pdfforms/ec018.pdf Starting next year, you will have to have classic vehicle insurance and submit the declarations page from your insurance policy.
Yes
Well I think that you might have to wait a few more months to renew the license. And it shouldn't cost no more than $30 dollars.
You can get a Vin inspection any time before going to DMV . Very quick. All DMV 's have inspection stations
To my knowledge , you need your identification and fees for renewal
May 3, 2023. See GetRealNevada.com
Assuming it has a clear title (no loan or lease) and the estate is worth less than $25,000 or $100,000 if the spouse is applying, heirs can claim the vehicle after 40 days using this form. Read it carefully. https://dmv.nv.gov/pdfforms/vp024.pdf If it applies, you should make an appointment at the DMV now. If there is probate, the administrator of the estate can apply for a duplicate title.
You have to start over as a new resident. See our New Resident Guide here for a list of documentation needed: https://dmv.nv.gov/newresident.htm
Hi Peter, sorry I don't have the answer for that one. I came here for DL renewal
You can try calling the Title Section for advice: (775) 684-4810 A lease or security agreement can take the place of a title. https://dmv.nv.gov/nvregreq.htm
They do have walk in, but it is not recommended. It tends to fill up quickly and space is limited. Also, you can wait anywhere from 2-6 hours according to their staff. I would advise making an appointment if it is not a time sensitive issue. I had to wait about a month, but I was in and out in just 30 minutes.
If you have a drive test appointment, keep it. You will have to take the written test if your permit is expired more than 30 days.
Just go into the DMV in Henderson about 7:30 am on Saturday stay in line they will hand you a ticket and you just come back at that time i did it again last week and i loved it by 10 am i was done !🙏
Renew online if you can or make it on our website. https://dmvnv.com/dlrenewal.htm
Check the website
If you're talking about the county code to set an appointment, it's +1. Please clarify if not.
+1 We're sorry the vendor requires this. They are a multi-national company.
If you have setup your My DMV account you can get the move permit without going to DMV.
Yes, but it needs to have Nevada insurance. We will not accept an insurance policy written for California.
Permits do not come in the mail. You get them at the DMV if the car has never been registered to you. If the car has been registered to you then you can get it online.
Your photo is already in the DMV's photo base so it won't be a problem at all do you have the real ID the one with the gold star on it if not take your social security card and your birth certificate and they'll update the whole thing
They didn't allow that when I was there. Waiting in line was a different story, but people mainly were distancing on their own. Maybe I got lucky?
The DMV will accept a W2 or 1099 with the full SSN printed. You also need two proofs of residential address. https://dmvnv.com/dlresidency.htm
Social Security, 2 pieces of Mail with your name and a birth certificate for real ID
Yes, you can drop off plates any time without an appointment.
Starting on November 14th, the Nevada DMV will allow walk-ins on Saturdays.
I believe it's $20 and you need your social security card or certificate and ID.
You can walk in any day but you may wait for many hours.
I went on Tues at 1pm. No line at all.
The written test has 25 questions and the passing score is 80%. it stops as soon as you get 20 right or 6 wrong.
Yes. My experience is about a 45 minute wait for just walk-ins.
It's been a month since I went to get my i.d. and still havent gotten it.......and I went to the dmv to get it not online
Unfortunately, no 50% here and 50% there. I had the same challenged. I moved to Las Vegas from California. I had to follow the requirements in Las Vegas.
Yes you have to file a report at the police station and report it to your insurance company.
Bring your ID , registration and police report
Good info from Thomas and Kathleen. If you can find a large empty parking lot, its good to practice parking in those parking spaces, backing into them, pulling forward into them. Learn to parallel park also. You can practice that in the parking lot too. Drive in less crowded residential streets during the day and at night. Don't feel pressured to learn everything in a month or anything like. We drove with our 18 year old son for 6 months. Teaching him different parts of driving and good techniques. We also paid for 3 driving instruction lessons which he took at various times during the 6 months. This really helped him he said. He studied the DMV book also. He didn't pass the written test first time either. The second time he did pass. There are practice sample DMV tests online also at the DMV website. He's now 23 and has never gotten a speeding ticket or in an accident. Keeps his insurance rates low and more discounted because of it. Good luck! You will do well. 👍
Yes it would help on your wait time versus standing in line
It's your choice. You can renew by mail (not online) if you get a physical and vision test as stated on the form. If you renew in person, you don't need a physical and the DMV gives you an eye test.
I don't know, make a copy of it just in case and take both
Yes, if you're going to surrender them. https://dmvnv.com/platesurrender.htm If you're renewing, you can renew online or at a kiosk about 35 days in advance. https://dmvnv.com/regrenewal.htm
Yes at 7:45 am
Yes, but there is no guarantee. You can wait all day and not get one. Set an appointment.
You need to bring it in for a VIN inspection and a movement permit. No appointment needed for that. You can register it with an appointment or wait in line. Here are the requirements. https://dmvnv.com/nvregreq.htm
At henderson dmv they let u do a walk in on Saturdays but you have to be in line at 7am to get a Priority ticket that u can use within a day. I did this in May because my License was about to expire and the soonest appointments are november so its better to do a walk in. Make sure you have all tbe real id requirements if youre going. 2 bills under her name at nv address. Ss card, passport or passport card
Renew your license online if you are under 71 years old. If you do have to come in, you can renew up to six months before expiration. https://dmvnv.com/dlrenewal.htm
Yes, you need a title if the car is a 2011 or newer. You can mail an application for duplicate and have it expedited if need be. https://dmvnv.com/title.htm If the car is 2010 or older, you can sell it with an application for duplicate and a Bill of Sale. Both of these assume you don't have a lien on the car. If you do, you have to satisfy the loan or lease.
Walk ins are welcome to get in the no appointment line Monday thru Friday, but no guarantee you will make it in. Or make an appointment it makes life a whole lot easier. Saturdays are for walk ins only, no appointments.
https://dmvnv.com/newresident.htm Appointments are 90 days out so you might want to make it now.
You have to get new plates at a DMV office. They will cancel your old ones and issue a movement permit if you have to wait for an appointment. https://dmvnv.com/plateslost.htm
Yes. You can also wait in line but there is no guarantee you'll be seen. You can mail the application to the address of the form, too, Attention: Special Plates. They should not be backlogged very much.
The DMV building opens at 8am. There are signs posted that states you can be on property at 6am to line up. I used to work there.
Yes. Across the parking lot from dmv building. Look for signs. It's free. Took me like 2 minutes. Super friendly people.
Yes, here is the proof of identity. You can use the birth certificate instead of your expired license, though you should bring the license as it helps determine what tests you may or may not need to get a license as opposed to an ID card. https://dmvnv.com/dlresidency.htm
Inquire through this form. https://dmvnv.com/contact_us.asp Include your license number.
Most services can be done online. You can make an appt or do walk-ins at the Henderson location. I'm not sure about the other locations
Yes you can. Come early like 6 am, the doors open at 8 am. They hand out tickets with appointment times on them. Good Luck on your test.
If you currently have one you may be able to go online and renew without going in as long as it hasn't been over a couple months.
Christopher you need to go in person .
No, you always need to make an appointment to schedule your driving test
Visit GetRealNevada.com to make sure you need one for documents you need. You may be able to wait until your next renewal. Appointments are here: https://dmvnv.com/appointments.htm
Walk ins are ok, you will be there a very long time. It's a 3 month wait when you book your appointment. I made the appointment at 1:15 was out if there by 2pm..
For the written test, you need proof of identity if she doesn't already have an ID and a signed-off school attendance form. See the Teen Driver page. https://dmvnv.com/nvdlteens.htm
Yes Indeed, If Is a Renew or Address Change It Can Be Done Through Their Website On Line. If Is All New Is Required In Person As Per The New Real ID Act. At The Same Time The Waiting Time For an Appointment Is Up To 3 Months Waiting Time Unless You Head There On Saturdays But Most People Arrived 3 or 4 Hours Prior Opening As You Might See Some Camping Outside In Tents. Best Of Luck. Keep In Mind Walk Ins Are Only Saturdays The Rest Of The Days Are Only With Appointment
Saturdays are for walk-ins. If you go during the week, you could wait all day and not be seen. Make sure you have what you need and make an appointment. https://dmvnv.com/idcards.htm
Yes, you can. See this page: https://dmvnv.com/dlresidency.htm
Walk ins Saturday are allowed go and ask
Yes, MyDMV will process the license renewal after you complete the address change. Be sure to change the address on your vehicles too.
Exactly like Nate says.. When I got there at about 4:30 a.m., the line at the Henderson office wrapped around the building and around the parking lot all the way to street past the railroad tracks. I was about to leave but decided to give it a shot anyway. As I waited, more and more people showed up and the line stretched even further. I didn't expect to get in, but when they opened the line moved really fast and I received a ticket to return at 12:30 pm.. which was great because that meant the people behind me also got in. I was able to go have a long breakfast without just standing around. Once I came back at 12:30, I was in and out in 30 min.. Good luck.. its not too bad..
You to contact the Pennsylvania DMV for a duplicate. https://www.dmv.pa.gov/Driver-Services/Pages/Driver-Services.aspx They may have a way to order a duplicate online and you'll be able to print a receipt that will help. They should let you on the plane anyway, you just have to go through additional screening. https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification
Both his and your name have to be under the registration and insurance since technically it's still his car your just driving it if he is financing. If you're buying with title on hand just register it under your name and insurance.
See dmvnv.com/moped. You have to bring it in for an inspection. If it meets the requirements to be classed as a moped, you can register it without a title. If not, it's a motorcycle.
See this page if it's a salvage vehicle (orange title). https://dmvnv.com/salvage.htm If it's not a salvage vehicle and you're just concerned about safety, you should be able to take it to any competent mechanic.
People start going to the DMV at 2 am in the morning on Saturdays.frist come frist serve...!
You can go to the DMV online or use the kiosk. If it is expired or late you might have to sign up online for an appointment
You either have to just wait til april 16. Or retry to stand in line on sat only. My advise. Just wait til your date. Study your book. Pretake the online driving course (groupon offers it for real cheap) its required for your actual driver license when it comes time to get. When your test date arrive it will be a breeze to pass. Fyi April is just around the corner. Just relax. Good luck!
I used the kiosk in n out in 10 min.
Yes
Yes you can
Yes
There is little else you can do unless you actually become a victim of ID theft. If that happens, you can file a complaint with the DMV Compliance Enforcement Division. https://dmvnv.com/pdfforms/ced013.pdf
hi - yes, the DMV is open on saturdays. currently, walk-ins are ONLY accepted on saturdays. if you want a walk-in appointment, i highly suggest arriving as early as 4, 5, or 6 AM. anything later risks your chance of entering. i got to the DMV last Saturday at 6 AM and got a walk-in appointment pass for 11:45 AM. the week before, i waited in line for 6 hours. i arrived at 8:30 AM and did not get to go in. also, it's pretty chilly in the morning and you're on your feet the whole time. i suggest bundling up and bring a chair. hope this helps!
No kiosk outside, but they do have a line that is specifically for those only using the kiosk which isn't as long as the appointment line
It will be registered the day you do it till the following year. Ex: if you registered on 12/07/2020 Expiration will be 12/07/2021 Its always a year from the date you registered.
Yes, unless you want to wait in line on Saturday.
Saturdays only. Get there early with all your required forms and documentation.
You can order by mail or fax, though it may be some time before it is processed. https://dmvnv.com/dlduplicate.htm You can get the issue date from the DMV Records Section, but that requires an application.
Only for movement permits, kiosks, VIN inspections and general information.
Make sure you get in the appointment check in line. Go up to the front door first to figure out which is which.
From my understanding they have all the info on the website and I think they let you make the appointment as well but it could be a while 🤦🏽♂️ you know .. covid and all
You will not have to take the test again if your expiration date was March 12 or later. You need to make an appointment and get it done, though. We will have to draw a cut off at some point.
Look early in the morning for new appointments that are 90 days out. You can skip the testing by taking a class, though you will still need one appointment to get the endorsement added. See NevadaRider.com
https://dmvnv.com/appointments.htm
Find your appointment on this link: https://dmvapp.nv.gov/qmaticwebbooking/#/search
Yes
Can you get a temporary permit buying from a private party online while waiting for appointment?
You can order a duplicate online if you have your DL number and issue date.
The office may not allow that. Make the appointment for the permit test and ask.
See this page: https://dmvnv.com/namechange.htm If you already have a Real ID (gold star) or don't want one, all you need is the legal document authorizing the change and an updated Social Security card. If you want to upgrade to a Real ID, you will need your birth certificate or passport, the change document and SS card and two proofs of your residential address. See GetRealNevada.com If you want to get a Real ID, you should do it now rather than putting it off.
Walk-ins are available only for movement permits/registration drop-off, general information, kiosks, plate surrenders and VIN inspections.
Yes
Jonette, it's very difficult to schedule an appointment. You can try online but if you're lucky to find an available slot open it will likely be as far as December. What I've done several times for two different vehicles is go to the Henderson location at 630am, they open at 7am. The line to the left is for drop off. At 7 all of the DMV employees are available at once so pretty much everyone gets in. MAKE SURE you have everything or you'll have to come back. (proof of insurance, title, bill of sale, etc check website for requirements) They'll have you fill out a form for credit or debit card authorization and they'll give you a pick up slip, you return a week later to the same line. Lines at any other time of the day are very slow moving. The first time I went I waited 90 minutes in what looked like a short line. When I went a few days ago, they immediately cleared half of the line by telling people they will not be given appointments, "you have to call or go online to make app"
Teresa, if you do a walk in, the only thing that will work in your case is to drop off all your necessary paperwork. You will then be able to pick up all your registration docs and such a week later. They will take a copy of your license and credit card and will give you a very close estimate your fees. There's still a bit of standing in line, but it's still a lot less on site than the usual. If you arrive before they open, you will be first in line or very close. This process worked better than the usual for me.
That's all good, the only other thing you need is 2 papers with your name and address on them. A utility bill, or bank statement or a copy of your lease/mortgage. You're also going to need to make an appointment, they don't let you walk-in anymore
You can mail or fax it in. The address and fax number are on the form. You need an appointment if you want to go to an office.
Yes, we do suggest you get placards by by fax or mail. (775) 684-4797 https://dmvnv.com/platesdisabled.htm
Yes you do
You can go Saturday morning with no appointments. They're open from 8-12. You have to go early, there's a ton of people that show up. I went at 3:00am. When they opened at 8:00 they gave a majority of the people in line a line pass that told them what time to come back. Mine said 9:15. I was home by 9:30. I don't think the people that showed up between 6:30-8:00 got in. You need to be there super early with a chair, water, and a charger for your phone because the battery will die while you wait.
Walk in line today was a MILE long at 7:45 am!!! Best of luck, please share how it goes with your DL. Just wonder of available options
IMO u can do it online..
Make the next available appointment. Print out the paper Dmv has on their website to inform law enforcement of your lawful delay. You have 6 months.
I believe so , but I think you might be able to take care of that online too. I know that I renewed my license online just last month and it had been expired for more than a year but at that time it was a Colorado license so obviously it was Colorado DMV as well , they may not do it the same way here in NV. I still think it's way worth checking out though before I spent all the time in the line.
Nope they are up dmvapp.nv.gov
If you got a Nevada license. Just bring your old license. Otherwise you need to bring proof of residence. Bills etc.
If you are buying the car from her and it is ten years old or older, you should make an appointment and get the car registered and titled at once. You can walk in and get a movement permit to drive in the meantime. If you just want a title, mail it in. It's a good idea to get a tracking number.
Research the issue on our website and if you need to ask a question, click Contact Us in the lower right to send an email. https://dmvnv.com/index.htm
You can go to the DMV on Stephanie and American Pacific in Henderson.
Yes be ready to cook in the sun i was there and had 400 people in front of me you will need a gallon of water and an umbrella
Appointments only for anything you cant do on their website. So yes you would.
There is a smog service provider at the Shell gas station on the corner of American Pacific and Stephanie. You can pay to do your smog and registration and it only takes about 10 minutes.
Yes you can go online to dmvnv.com type appointments on the search engine on the top right hand corner it will take you to the next page click on the top link scroll down about halfway you'll see office appointments most offices are booking in August
It all depends on what office you go to so check them all you can also go online To DMVNV.com Type in appointments under the search engine on the upper right of the website. When it takes you to the next screen click the top link when it takes you to that screen scroll down it's about halfway down and you'll see the appointments. Make sure that you click on drive test appointment there are 2 of them the top wine says office appointment the bottom one says drive test.
From reading on their website it said it is. But I would just call to see if all or just one particular location
Make sure you have all of the required documents such as proof of identity, driver's license application, your existing vehicle registration and your Nevada Evidence of Insurance. Get your Vehicle Identification Number(s) ready and use our Online Registration Fee Estimate.
I did some research and I had found a link from Nevada DMV. The link Salvage Title and Non-Repairable Vehicle Certificate Guide.
You must renew in person at a DMV office. The fee is $41.25. If you were born in an odd-numbered year, you will receive a four-year license at any renewal through 2017. You may be eligible to renew by internet, mail or kiosk.
Driving schools are private companies. You can pay for each hour of instruction.
Is the DMV open for Drivers License Renewals even with this Virus going around ?
Late fees based on the expiration date are assessed for late renewals. Nevada has no grace period. You may obtain a temporary movement permit if you must drive after your registration is expired, for example, to drive to an emissions testing station. Just go online to the DMV website to obtain the temporary print out. I believe it's $2 but you may have to look into that. You tape it inside your window. But the instructions will be there to show you how to do that.
Expired drivers licenses are not valid in Nevada.
Proof of identity (certified birth certificate, not the one from hospital) Proof of name change (marriage certificate) Social security card 2 proof of address
You'd have to contact DMV directly. This is for people who can answer questions based on going to locations, not actual employees 😊
Look on the website and each is listed. You'll need an abundance of information, so be prepared 👍
www.dmvnv.com no you can not
No you have to go in person
NV Drivers' License for over 65 years of age is valid for 4 years NV Vehicle Registration is valid for one year For more information about the NV Drivers' License and NV Vehicle Registration, visit their website at DMVNV.com
Yes. Any updates or changes to a Valid NV Driver's License will be under the Driver License Renewal category for the NV DMV's appointment system.
You have to go to any NV DMV in person.
You go to their website: DMVNV.COM On the page, click on appointments.

It could be possible that when you came in for your license renewal that you didn't have the required documents for the Real ID on hand. Normally, NV DMV clerks would inform and educate you on the reasons and the requirements for the Real ID. Not too sure why you weren't in your case. Please visit their website for more information about the Real ID and the required documents for the upgrade. Sorry. I do not understand the question. Please resubmit.
Probably not. If they even do appointments on Saturdays, they probably fill up days before
Yes. If you lost your ID, the TSA has paperwork you can fill out and still get on the plane. Just leave yourself extra time. Edit: i just saw you said Real ID. No, you don't. Regular ID is fine.
Title, ID or drivers licence and insurance card. I brought the smog certificate just in case but it was already in the system. If you don't have the title bring the bill of sale
Are you kidding? You must've not been to other states. Having had licences in New Jersey, Colorado, California, Arizona, and Nevada, considering the population of Clark County, they're amazing. Getting my license here, and my cars registered took about 15 minutes from the time i walked in the door to the time i walked out. It'd be nice if they took electronic documents. But, they have self serve kiosks, tons of employees, and offer appointments. What is it they can learn from DMVs with our population density? Given we don't pay state taxes, I've dealt with other DMVs that could learn a lot from us.
No, of course not. That would mean he's parked, not turning. If he never turned, that would mean he's still there. Perhaps he broke down, in which case he should have probably put his emergency flashers on. Maybe he was waiting for a tow truck if he never turned.
No
If you go online to the website, they address that question there.
I had the same issue. Mine was in Orange county. I had to pay the fine and have them fax something saying i had taken care of the problem. Although my license wasn't suspended, so i don't know if you'll have to do anything extra.
If you feel the need sure go ahead
Go online and make an appointment. It's easy.
I doubt it
Yes. You can make an appointment online. Highly encouraged.
Take the car back to the dealership and see if they're willing to change the tires. Maybe have the tires independently inspected by a reputable tire retailer first. When you visually indirect the tires, are there noticable cracks in the sidewalls? I don't believe the dealer is liable to replace the tires in this situation, but they may be willing to do so to maintain a customer service reputation. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease," as they say. If they refuse, and the tires are actually bad, take it to social media. They may consider the cost of a new set of tires more valuable than bad reviews on popular sites, but i don't think they're legally obligated. It's your responsibility as the buyer to inspect those sorts of things when buying a 6+ year old car. Ford does recommend changing tires after 6 years, but it's not a legal requirement. But, most reportable dealers will replace worn tires before selling a used vehicle.
And
Your should be fine just getting an ID.
In state: Nevada Evidence of Insurance Card Electronic Dealer Report of Sale (EDRS) Nevada Emission Vehicle Inspection Report (If needed, this must be issued by the dealer) Out of state: Nevada Evidence of Insurance Card Invoice or Bill of Sale, and one of the following: Title Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin Security Agreement Lease Agreement Nevada Emission Vehicle Inspection Report (if needed) VIN inspection

If they are physically holding your title they should have gave it back to you when the loan was paid off. When you get the title back and you want to remove them from the lienholders line you need the letter from them saying the loan was paid off and then you could process that at DMV to request a new clean title without them on it
You need to get a non-op. Call or go in for details.
Old out of state DL which they will punch voided, 2 proofs of residence (lease, mortgage, bank statement, utility bill), and proof of SSN (social security card, W2, 1099), and for registration you need your title or the documentation from the bank that owns your car as well as current insurance.
Everyone has to sign, check the website as well

No, it's closed fire Nevada day
You can get a replacement, yes.
Depends on what number you are. I've heard stories of people being ~#10 at 10:30am and waiting until 5. Just be prepared to wait all day.
As far as i know, you can. However, I'd suggest making an appointment. Waits are 3-4+hours on weekends in most locations, and i doubt any appointments are available today. I'd suggest making an appointment for next weekend and calling during the week to confirm.
You have a 30 day grace period. At 31 days you have to do it in person, and there's a $10 late fee.
This is really a question for a tax lawyer, and also has implications on your estate if you have children. Offhand I'd say Nevada would be the better place for primary residence based on it's tax advantages. But again, i would say it's probably better to consult a tax/estate lawyer. They could answer that question more confidently. In reality, you should register in whichever state you spend more time in.
Online. Its easy and WELL WORTH IT!
Calling them can be a challenge. I would make an appt and go in person. I got mine in a less than week as well.
Just visit any area smog establishment, so long as you are within the grace period, you'll be okay
Yes
Yes, 2 forms. A utility bill is acceptable
Yes, as long as your license isn't expired, and you aren't a Nevada resident.
I would suppose you could just call and ask. If not, go to the location and go to the information desk. They can find out for you, and even print out your driving record at your request. Or create an account at dmvapp.nv.gov. you can get your record with your DL# and some personal info
2 proof of residence (lease, utility bill, bank statement), birth certificate, and proof of SSN (W2/1099/pay stub with SSN).
2 items as proof of address, 1 proof of SSN (SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, W2, 1099, etc) and without your CA DL, I'd at least bring a passport and birth certificate as proof of citizenship.
Yes. You can do it at the DMV, or by mail. You have to get a notarized VP012 form (must be notarized before going in our mailing).
