Exactly like Nate says.. When I got there at about 4:30 a.m., the line at the Henderson office wrapped around the building and around the parking lot all the way to street past the railroad tracks. I was about to leave but decided to give it a shot anyway. As I waited, more and more people showed up and the line stretched even further. I didn't expect to get in, but when they opened the line moved really fast and I received a ticket to return at 12:30 pm.. which was great because that meant the people behind me also got in. I was able to go have a long breakfast without just standing around. Once I came back at 12:30, I was in and out in 30 min.. Good luck.. its not too bad..
Not if you get there by 4am on Saturday and wait in line. Get there any later and you may miss the cut--off. Any other day you need an appt.
