Most services can be done online. You can make an appt or do walk-ins at the Henderson location. I'm not sure about the other locations
Not on Saturday
You need an appointment for all services except movement permits, plate surrenders, kiosks and general information. Saturdays are walk-in but get there before opening.
No on Saturday is not necessarily you have to get there early and get a time tickets
Depends on what service needs to be done. When in doubt call the dmv and ask before you show up.
