I'm 79 and need to renew my driver's license. The website says I must come into the office but I received mail today that says I can renew online if I send in a form for my physical and vision from my doctor. Which is true?

It's your choice.
You can renew by mail (not online) if you get a physical and vision test as stated on the form.
If you renew in person, you don't need a physical and the DMV gives you an eye test.
