I thought you could order replacements online to have it mailed. Maybe thats changed

First always helpful to set an appointment or call their help desk, they can issue a replacement even though it will take around 10 or so buisness days, go to them bring your old ID (if you have it), social and birth certificate just incase, and they should be able to issue a new one to you.
