how do i get a duplicate license (mine is lost) without the date of Issue. I have the license number, but that is all. I cannot create account for my DMV without the issue date. HELP

You can order by mail or fax, though it may be some time before it is processed. https://dmvnv.com/dlduplicate.htm You can get the issue date from the DMV Records Section, but that requires an application.

You'll have to make an appointment with the DMV. 8 think they're taking walk-ins on Saturdays now.
