Very easy to navigate, especially coming from the hellscape that was Seattle airport.

Sitting on tarmac. 1 hour already and plane still broken.. Come on American Airlines fix your planes... Don't know how long they can do this before they call the flight off
It depends on the terminal, some international arrivals arrive in terminal D and terminal E. You should allow time to go through customs which can be a long walk. Then you can take the sky train to other terminals.
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
We have quite a few options available for you, Jeanette. Please visit dfwairport.com/journeyplanner and plan your journey through DFW. We look forward to seeing you.
It depends on what days you book it , a round trip or a one way , and what part of Mexico . You will have to call the Airport or the airline you choose If he can ride alone . I believe you have to be 16 by law to ride alone . He will need a person with him .

There are a few Currency Exchange services located at A29, D11, D22 (Outside Security), D24, and D36, International Re-Check area. For on-site banks, there are a couple of American Airlines Credit Unions located at A24 (Outside Security), C12 (Outside Security), D30 (Outside Security). We hope that helps.
Yes- international flights arriving at the Dallas Forth Worth (DFW) airport have to follow the immigration process according to the applicable rules. The facilities have clear information on the process to follow.
When you make your flight arrangements, there should be a place to state your need for wheelchair assistance. Near the check-in area, there are stands where you will go to retrieve the wheelchair and receive an escort through security and to your gate.
Because traffic through the middle of the airport greatly increased when they discovered they could use International Parkway as a thoroughfare to get from the north to the south, and vice versa. The toll didn't start until 30 minutes lapsed to begin with, but they had to gain control of non-airport traffic. Therefore, the charge.
You can walk if you are already inside the airport after clearing security, but it will be a long walk. If you are already inside then take the Skylink train
Ana Lopez is right.....there is plenty of room to get the gates. Also if you have to Skylink it's upstairs and I believe I saw an elevator. If you need assistance there's always someone nearby
Google maps and all you have to do is just put the exact location and boom it will give you the results to your search. I hope it helps you get what you are looking for ☺️
You need to see your gate number at Dallas it works like this: ABCD so depending the letter of the terminal that's the gate you need to go.. and by doing so you need to catch the train.
I want to travel in November, do I need to have the covid19 vaccines ????

For now only with the negative test, who knows if it changes by then and take care that they do not apply the Russian or the Chinese, if so, it is better not to take
United Airlines uses Terminal E at Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Some flights labeled as United Airlines are codeshare flights operated by other Airlines. In that case, Terminal D.
No, although to have complete options and total insurance that you won’t get denied at any other airports you should get vaccinated as New York want everyone and their mom to be vaccinated for Covid
You'll be good as long as they have wheelchair service promptly at your gate. If not, someone will push you where you need to be. Witnessed it myself yesterday.
Whereever you're staying. But i was under the impression Spain was one of the "Can't enter" list. Unless US citizen or you have a relevant proclamation. I would definitely check the travel updates from the airlines.
Yes, its free. You must not leave the airport. The sign tells you where to walk to find it. In addition there are many people who help you find it if you have difficulty.
So I have a flight to Dallas and after that to San Antonio I got a feeling I will get lost bc last time ik I did also where will the luggage arrive at Dallas?

Before you disembark show the flight attendant your ticket and confirm your next gate. Then when you arrive look at the sign for the train if you leave from a differnt terminal. It will take you to the terminal you are departing from, then look for your gate
Don't stress, it's really very simple. Have a nice trip San Antonio is a nice city. Make sure to visit yhe Alamo & River walk.
You should have enough time if there are no delays at all. I was able to get the cabin people to let you disembark first so you don't lose your connection. Download the AA app to know for sure where your boarding gate will be. Good luck!
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
Not for a domestic flight, but for an international flight he may. An airline may ask for more identification than required by TSA (DHS) so please contact them as well. More information from the TSA site: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
There's not really a limit but there is a daily rate which you can see at dfwairport.com/parking. If you know your dates already, we suggest using our online parking service for considerable savings: dfw.to/park.
There is a department of lost objects, the most common thing is that I find them there, it is very difficult for another pet to take it, it is a security issue
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
If you are trying to do this before security, please take Terminal Link shuttles. If this is for a connecting flight, please use our Skylink service. You can find more information on these two services at dfwairport.com/connect. Thank you for your question, Jeannie.
Def, your boarding bass..also, the attendants @ the Ticket counter will let you know right before they send you to TSA..
True, sometimes they tend to change them..but they'll most likely announce the change as well. If in doubt, always look for a worker/attendant in any Gate. They'll also be able to assist you.
The sky tram is called "SkyLink" and runs on the outer perimeter of the terminals. It serves all the terminals. SkyLink stations are ACCESSED ONE LEVEL ABOVE THE MAIN CONCOURSE of each terminal via escalator, stairs, or elevator. Each terminal has two SkyLink stations. Look for signs directing you to other concourses. There are also airport and terminal maps on kiosks located throughout the terminals.
ALLOW AT LEAST 45 MINUTES TO GET FROM ONE TERMINAL TO ANOTHER.
CHECK THE RED DIGITAL SIGNS ABOVE THE TRAIN ENTRANCE DOORS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE CORRECT TRAIN. The trams run two directions in a closed loop and the red signs tell you the train to take for the fastest (shortest) trip to your terminal. Either train will get you to your terminal (both travel in a loop) but the trip length can differ substantially.
Once on the tram, interior digital signs above the doors and audio speakers will alert you to the next station. Each station serves multiple gates. Exit at your gate.
most of these transportation methods are safe. however, I would not recommend you use a taxi because they can trick you into paying higher rates just to get money
Yes the parking terminal may be better. BUT considering your situation find an agent and ask them directly. They maybe able.to make certain arrangements to help you better. Never hurts to ask. Right
Hey guys I'm new to this state. Is there one area where everyone goes when they arrive to be picked up and parking? Or does it depend what terminal they landed at

Hello,
I had a withdrawal of almost 400 euros at Dallas airport "ace dfw gate 22". What does it correspond to. I didn't use my credit card, I had a 1 hour 30 minute layover.

It's just ordinary people responding. I would contact the airport directly. Good luck!
A lot of times the pilots will tell you if you've had a connecting flight change gates or terminals. Or they will tell you to ask the attendant that directs everyone to their gate as you get off the plane .
I am arriving from SEA and am going to ACT , how far do I have to go in the airport to get to the ACT plane to Waco as I have a short time between planes.

Hello, my trip is to Denver, but I have a layover at the DFW airport, which terminal did you arrive at and where is the boarding area for Denver? I travel on American Airlines.
I recommend booking in advance at collinsongroup.com
Rapid test is available in 60min, in DFW airport there's one location before security check and they have I think two others after. Good luck!
You only need a covid test if going out of the domestic united states. If your flying Dallas to PHX or Dallas to NYC no covid test. Only need one for Hawaii, or Something out of country
There are shuttles that will take you too them car rental spots that are located on the airport property. There are many on site, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Safe Travels & Good Luck
Shuttle from the hotel? Or at the airport? If the hotel you can male arrangements with them. Or uber to your gate terminal. I ubered at 445am to get to the airport at 515am . Hope you got it all sorted out.
Macadous Mac of the South, the reason why your flight keeps getting delayed is depending on the airline it could be bad weather where you are going or a plane malfunction.

Yes, make sure soon as you arrive start looking for signs for your terminal. Once you are in the right terminal the gates are easy to find. The signs directions make it very easy to find where you need to be.
As mentioned above, Terminal D is the international terminal. Also, if you Google your flight number, it'll tell you what terminal and even gate you'd be scheduled from. (Subject to change, of course)
From Mexico to the US PCR or Antigens (Depends on the airline). If you are vaccinated, you only present your receipt.
From USA to Mexico none. Long live the third world!!!
You must complete a special form for entry into Mexico.
If you are traveling on a US Passport a Covid test is NOT required by the Mexican government.
You MUST present a completed questionnaire at vuelaseguro.com
The skyline is a shuttle train running above the terminals in both directions. How you get to the Skylink depends on your location. Look for a kiosk with a map to locate the nearest access and follow the signs to Skylink. You will go up a level by escalators. Then look at the map above the Skylink door to decide the direction closest to you current location. The whole loop only takes about 15 minutes total, so it should not take long to reach your gate.
In which terminal do flights from Mexico arrive or in which terminal is gate 12
adan paez | Oct 5, 2021

It depends on the airline and each terminal has more than 20 gates, the easiest thing to do is to ask on the website of the airline in question the arrival and departure terminal and gate.
Can you use a paper email to board airplanes ? Until id comes in ?
Covid mitigation didn't seem to slow down the process very much, just don't bank on TSA precheck being honored. If you want a seat at the gate get there early or be prepared to stand dispersed

Do i need transit visa for layover in Dallas airport?my passport is Indonesian btw. Thx u
Ayundika Selarosa | Oct 5, 2020
Mark Fabian | Oct 5, 2020
The answer depends upon your purpose for being in the Dallas airport. if you are simply passing through the United States to another foreign destination then yes, you will need a transit visa. However, if you are laying over in Dallas while you were in route to a different American city, then your passport is sufficient.
I will have layover for 4 hours in Dallas , to my next flight to Qatar. Do i need visa? Because i will not move from the airport. If visa needed, can i get it in The immigration at The airport?fyi i have Indonesian Passport

You do not need a visa. For a layover. You would need a visa if you left the airport.
Can a 13 year old bring cigarettes on a flight from dfw to boise idaho without their parents finding out or getting a ticket
If you are inside security you can use the skylink train, it goes to all the terminals making 2 stops. If you are outside security you can use the terminal link shuttle (orange bus) it also makes 2 stops at every terminal.
Delta Air Lines uses Terminal E at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW). Some flights labeled Delta Air Lines are codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
For Delta airline there is one new way to find out carousels before even landing.. i never tried this.. but got this info.. you can install delta airline app which is available on android and iphone.. The tracking service is designed to inform travelers where their luggage is located and which carousel it should end up on at the airport.
You can check this link for more information. Or you can just google it, Hope this should help you.
https://www.phocuswire.com/Delta-Air-Lines-goes-mobile-with-bag-tracking
https://www.delta.com/bags/baggageTrackStatus.action
You can also check the flight status online. You just need to give your airline and flight details. Results is real time data. You can at least get information about terminal but for gate number you will get when airline decides before boarding. You can just google for flight details for your airline. Like fir American Airlines the link is https://www.aa.com/travelInformation/flights/status. Hope this will help you.
Pick out what you think you need in clothes and then put 2/3 back. For a week 6 underwear and socks. 1 to 2 pairs pants/shorts 4 to 5 shirts. And I would buy toothbrush and toothpaste and dental floss and deodorant when I got there. Just a little travel ship to throw away when you get when you leave
That's a great question Aaron, the policies change so frequently that one just never knows. I would check with the airline or the airport itself. Hopefully my answer helps, Happy Holidays to you and yours 🙏

You have to accept that errors happen. First call them. Then call your Bank to void the second charge. Then see what happens and post your comments online.
do not park at any of the terminal parking A - D. the rates are hourly.
it will be best you park at the long term parking section the rates are daily
it will save you way more.
Times - generally 30 minutes to one hour. Distance - from the airplane to us customs can be a lengthy walk, especially if your airplane parks at one of the further-away gates. Wheelchair assistance is always available though, but book thst ahead with your airline
If it's an international flight you'll always have to go through immigration and customs. If it's not an international flight you'll never have to go through immigrations or customs. Just passport control.
Hi Fabrice,
It will depend on immigration!...
If you are resident or American, it can take 10 to 25min to pass immigration which will give you enough time to take the flight...
other nationalities, it will be between 20-45mins, which still gives you almost 1 hour more...
Dfw is not busy enough,
So 1h40 will be more than enough
We had 50 Minutes. We asked one of the official stuff and we paid for his help. He brought us within 10 Minutes to the gate. Just perfect. We paid 50 Dollar for this service. Without his help the time would have been to short, because of very busy sequrity check. We passed approx 250 People in front of us.

Richard Tran | Oct 6, 2019
Patricia Ham | Oct 6, 2019
Have no idea that is why there are customer service reps you can call.
Last week the immigration process took very long. Waiting time was over an hour (also for US citizens). Regular security was fast with may only 20 minutes in total
In order for you to visit them, they'd have to come out of the terminal, past the TSA checkpoint, to see you where the ticket counters are, because TSA won't let you into the terminal if you don't have a boarding pass to fly somewhere. Then they'd have to go back through TSA and show their boarding passes to Nebraska in order to be let back into the terminal.
Any cab can take you to the airport terminals or some hotels have a airport shuttle buses, all you do is telling them where airline you are going to flight.
If you work at the DFW airport you should have a parking tag your employment provided to you. If you do have one, just park either north or south employee parking if you actually have the airport parking tag.

How do I pick up my 14 year old cousin from the gate?
Rachelle Fullerton | Oct 6, 2019
Ed Matyk | Oct 6, 2019
See the airlines website.
Usually
The ticket counter representative will help you out for the airline you're trying to pick the unaccompanied minor up at.
Speak with the ticket counter representative and tell them that you are there to pick up an unaccompanied minor .
They will ask for several forms of ID and issue you a gate pass that will get you through TSA security line.
But this practice in policy may vary from airline to Airline
On the two occasions that I have transferred at this airport I have met a lot of staff who speak Spanish, they are all very friendly. And they usually look for one who speaks it if you are in trouble and need it.
American have all domestic and international gates in the same area. Like if im arrived on a gate A and my flight departs from a D gate. I just find the SKYLINK and take the one who said to gates D., And so on. Never takes more than 3 min. I never have a problem to commute from gste to gate.
I'm flying from Mexico to Midland soon, I have a stopover in Dallas. My question is, do I have to go through customs at this airport, or until I get to the Dallas airport? And, do they pass the luggage from plane to plane or do I have to pick it up?
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
Sato, they are in Terminal E. Usually between gates E4 and E9. You can find more information here: dfwairport.com/airlines/united. Thank you for your question.
There is and this, including the location is on the internet. You should try. Go to Google, then type in your question, click enter and bam, there it is. Good lord...who knew? I know, right?
Is there a pet relief area without leaving security area
Mickey Schmidt | Oct 6, 2019
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport | Oct 6, 2019
Yes, Mickey there are a few to choose from. You can find them near gates A28, B29, D18, and E31.

Jadelin Calmes | Oct 6, 2019
Billy Aten | Oct 6, 2019
Terminal parking is: $24/day
Express parking is: $12/day uncovered, $15/day covered
Remote parking is: $10/day
Valet parking is: $31/day, plus tax
You can also save as much as 50% if you prepay for parking at https://onlineparking.dfwairport.com/en/ you must prepay at least one hour in advance of arrival.
Hope this helps
are the rental cars onsite
A Google User | Oct 6, 2019
Billy Aten | Oct 6, 2019
Away from the terminals, but there are buses that take you to and from rental car center
Agree with Marco, plus there are plenty of signs directing to the pick up area. The car rental area is off site but just takes a few minutes and there are several buses running. For convenience there is a gas station/convenience store very close to the car rental area.
Excuse me, Mr. Joaquín Báez, the question can a 15-year-old girl travel alone or does someone take responsibility for us until she reaches her destination?
My Grandfather and Dad are flying out of Terminal A, and my Grandfather is a disabled Veteran. He says he can park in a handicap parking spot for free. Where is that parking?
You have to exit security and smoke outside. There are smoking areas all over the place very close to the exit. Just make sure you give your self enough time to get back through security. I'd say, layovers of 45 minutes or more are ok. otherwise you are pushing your luck.
If you look at the plane ticket, which terminal is marked there
If you haven't booked a non-scented ticket, decide which flight you will be taking, and book through that airline or travel agent, and you will be able to decide which terminal you will go to.
C is only terminal that has not been remodeled and there is none in that terminal to the best of my knowledge. As for the other terminal, I would go into the assisted care bathrooms. Don't know exactly count but are all over
By what I found searching, there is no storage places at this airport. Try calling the airport. I doubt, but they may have changed something and maybe have it now.
Try to approach the customer service desk of the airline. Ask them what you can do. They may have another flight to your destination. Ask them first, not here (unless you're being theoretical now). Have a safe flight!
The WiFi is free for 30 min however it is not very good and it will require you to pay for more time and separately for better service so you might want to have data or money on hand because it is not reliable if you have something important you need WiFi for
You can take it on your flight. I've taken insulin on every flight, over 50 flights, including overseas. With all the major airlines Never had it questioned by TSA. They got though the scanner. I keep them in one carry-on.
Yes, you can. I had happened same situation. My flight was at 7:05a.m and I stayed at the airport from 1:00 a.m. to the departure time. Some uncomfortable on the chair. But I had a little bit slept on that night. But IF you wish close to the Terminal A you can go to the Marriot hotel (around $100.00)
There is no public storage option inside the terminal buildings. Using the on-site hotel facilities, if you are attending an event, is probanly an option.
If you're connecting, specially with American Airlines, your luggage most likely have a good chance to make it. You need to run, a couple of years ago I had a delayed connection and only 40 minutes to change terminals and get to my connection. I was able to do that, so you might also. Good luck
Skylink is a free light rail train that connects all five terminals and is the shortest route to your stop while inside of security.
Operates 24 hours a day
Trains arrive every two minutes
Average ride time of 5 minutes
Maximum ride time of nine minutes between farthest points
Easy access to other terminals shops and restaurants
No ticket or pass needed
No you can't. You can ship your bags a week before you leave if you just don't want to carry them, but the airport will not store your belongings for you.
American airlines will shut the door in your face while the plane sits there for another 30 minutes if u get there withing like five minutes of boarding time
That is true. However, certain TSA gate entries that have PreCheck will still make you take your computer out of your bag. If you don't want to go through that they tell you to go to a specific gate entry at that terminal. For example I know in terminal C the full TSA PreCheck line is a entry point of Gate C 20. That's what I'm looking for. So if anybody knows that about terminal that would be great.
Depends on your ticket class, in economy class baggage allowance for intercontinental flights 2 bags of 23kg each. Better verify with your airline while buying tickets.
Definitely you can rest in paid lounge or near any departure gate or even in arrival's exit area too. You will find seats in luggage arrival area also.
Dear Google, please let the users of this program know that local guides are not employees. I dont mind helping, but this is just wasting everybodies time all around.
You can take SkyLink between terminals. If you leave security and go outside, you will need to get a bus to take you to the other terminal and go back through security.
Got answer from DFW FB. Hi Pam! No worries, thankfully our layout is pretty simple. The Airport has one main road, International Parkway, which runs the length of the Airport, north to south. All terminals, parking areas and on-site hotels are accessible from this road. The North Cell Phone Lot will be located on the North end of the Airport, near the Remote North Lot. There is signage along the way to keep you on the right path. Let us know if you need anything else, and we'd be happy to help!
I am not sure about what is the policy of flying with smokeless tobacco, maybe, maybe not, because I know they don't allow you to smoke on the plane, but smokeless tobacco, most probably not, just check with the airline to see if that's okay.
Yesterday a family member lost his passport on the plane where I travel, I do not know what it must be to be given information if someone from the same airport found it.

Sue ask at the airline that I travel on information
Yesterday a relative lost his passport there on the plane that arrived.
How can I know if they found it?
Javier Garcia | Oct 6, 2018
Agave Loco | Oct 6, 2018
They have to contact the airline's customer service directly. They have a lost property department
I had faced a similar situation in Dallas when my domestic flight got delayed due to bad weather. I was lucky that my international flight also got delayed. Usually it will take 15-20 mins to travel from one terminal to another.
no, there really isn't a lot of entertainment. you can but a magazine of newspaper from the convinience stores located inside the airport, but otherwise, no. there is not a lot of entertainment inside the airport.
There are several different terminals. American flies into them all, so you need to know what terminal the flight will come into. You can google flights from Miami to DFW landing at 11:20 to find the flight number. Then it will tell you what terminal the flight is coming on at.
You need to get what airline they are coming in on and where the last flight they took is coming from (not just where they started). With that information you can find out information about flight times, but the airlines will not tell you what flight they are on or any personal information. Per FAA they can't.
If through security,go to third level and take the Skylink, or go outside downstairs and catch the terminal link bus marked Terminal Link D. Taxi will take you there for $7 as well.
Yes you can, but she will have to leave the secured area where only those that have an airplane ticket can be in. You will have to meet the person in the main floor outside of the security checkpoint. I hope that helps.
1. That will be airline specific. American leaves from all the Terminals, most other airlines leave from E.
2. Do not try to get to the airport an hour before your flight. It can take an hour to get through security, the flights usually close boarding doors 10 minutes prior tp departure, and airlines stop accepting checked baggage 30-45 minutes prior to departure.
Umm, not sure. Extremely broad question to ask here. I guess sites like google flights, skyscanner, etc will give you a better answer.
And plug in am or pm, when you wish to fly.
20 miles if you are talking about the Greyhound on 205 S Lamar in downtown Dallas. However, there is also one in Grand Prairie and at least 2 Mega Bus Stations. All about the same distance.
Hello, yesterday my hp elite book 845 NS 5CG4511X1V laptop was exchanged at terminal security point C12 flight connection AA3385/AA1658. Can you help me with something? Or tell me what to do?

You must go to lost objects at the airport or to the lost luggage counter and make the corresponding claim.
Are flights on American traveling to Las Vegas as expected.

Check with American Airlines’ website or you should download their free app for flight information.
Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. (AA Dominates this airport.) Check your gate assignment before going to the airport. Most international flights leave from D and most regional flights leave from B or E. The SkyLink makes it easy to get from one terminal to another if you end up in the wrong one.
Internationally, no, you will need a passport and a visa depending on which country you are from.
If it’s just in the USA, then yes, if you lose an Id then you will have extra screening at tsa.
E-cigarettes are not allowed in the cargo compartment if most carriers. If you travel with one it must be on your person or in your personal item/ carry on inside the cabin.
You don't specify which shuttle bus, as there are hotels, off airport shuttles, car rental, and on airport parking shuttles.
I do recommend you call lost and found.
Once you get off of your plane, go towards baggage claim. You will need to go downstairs to catch the car rental bus that will take you to the car rental area on airport property.
I would allow at least an hour before and after that get to and from the car rental area, as it can be crowded.
Yes there are several areas. You can also park near the terminal, though, as once you enter the airport property you have to pay the toll fee when you leave.
You would need to stop somewhere outside airport property in order to avoid the hourly toll fees
There may have been at one point, but there is no Whataburger in the DFW airport. There is a Fuddruckers, Chilli's Too, TGIFridays, Gas Monkey, McDonald's, Salt Lick, Wendy's, I.H.O.P., Wing Stop, and now Garrett's Popcorn and Chic-fil-a, among many excellent additional options. Many even have mobile ordering for short layovers!
