1. That will be airline specific. American leaves from all the Terminals, most other airlines leave from E. 2. Do not try to get to the airport an hour before your flight. It can take an hour to get through security, the flights usually close boarding doors 10 minutes prior tp departure, and airlines stop accepting checked baggage 30-45 minutes prior to departure.
