DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN. YOU ARE NOT VALUED HERE. I purchased a 2021 GLA 250 . Due to my purchase being late evening, I was told to come back the next day to pick up the spare key . Initially I thought that was very odd , however I’ve given it the benefit of doubt thinking perhaps the key was in the procession of a different salesperson from a test drive with a client . I later discovered , I basically purchased a car with one key (apparently it’s being ordered ) and a missing tangible vehicle Manuel . This is my third Mercedes Benz purchase, therefore I am well aware that a certified vehicle comes with two keys . I initially wanted to purchase my car from Mercedes Benz of Plano or Park Place but I stopped at this location because I was in the area . I was pressured to make the purchase the day of because it was the last day of the month of September. I called to speak to a sales manager . My call has not been returned at this time . I am experiencing buyers remorse. Also, any of the other locations has a 5-7 day return policy and this location does not have that option which forces you into keeping the car you were pressured into . If I can go back to that day and walk away I would . HORRIBLE experience!
