No you can't. You can ship your bags a week before you leave if you just don't want to carry them, but the airport will not store your belongings for you.
I dont think you can drop your bag a day before. Usually the timeline is different for different airlines and airports. Usually American airlines allows you to drop your bags from 45 mins to 4 hrs. You should call the airlines/airport to find out more information.
Of course not, any airline is responsible for bags drop before or after a flight
