You only need a covid test if going out of the domestic united states. If your flying Dallas to PHX or Dallas to NYC no covid test. Only need one for Hawaii, or Something out of country
Depends on your original departure location and final destination. If you are flying totally domestically, then no. If you are flying internationally, then you'll need to check with your destination.
