Yes, 6 hours is plenty of time. You may want to meet them at the Hyatt hotel, which is still at the airport but outside security.
It's a real push. Depending on what time (ie how busy the airport will be) and how far you go, 6 hours may be fitting. I'd advise getting back to go through security at least an hour before your flight. Good luck!
