after arriving at dallas airport from england my family and i found the staff to be extremely verbally aggressive and rude this was completely unnecessary and my wife was upset and we certainly wont be coming to usa again

Not all Americans are rude. I'd report their attitude. When we were there they were abrupt, but nice.
