Go to tsa.gov. the rules are there.
No drinks and little 2 oz toiletries. Children are allowed bottles.
Same rules around the globe - basically no drinks etc and only small portions of deodorant, shampoo etc. Check tsa.gov for details - they are applicable everywhere
