You need to get what airline they are coming in on and where the last flight they took is coming from (not just where they started). With that information you can find out information about flight times, but the airlines will not tell you what flight they are on or any personal information. Per FAA they can't.

I doubt you will have access to airline customer manifest. Maybe you are not supposed to know when they are arriving.
