Scarowinds is just not worth it….
Half of the actors hardly try. It took 2 hours to get into the park so therefor we had 3 hours to do what we could, and we had already purchased fast lane passes and we still only got to ride 3 RIDES! I’m sorry but personally never again. I applaud people that can deal with the traffic and long waits but for those of you that want to avoid the long lines (even with fast lane like myself) and the huge hassle of even getting in the park. Stay home.

The majority of the staff are extremely rude. If you ask them a question it will leave you wondering "What is their problem?". The lines move deathly slow. They would move a lot faster if they would stop leaving so many seats open and the employees didn't stand around with their hands in their pockets. There's normally 2-4 employees (and sometimes more) running a single ride, and when they actually are doing their job they definitely take their sweet time like the line isn't flooding out of the gate or something. We stayed from opening until closing time and we rode three rides total. We stood in line for two for nearly an hour each before we got out of line because we had moved four feet from where we started. A waste of time. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell like straight sewage. There's also grown men and teenage boys just standing around inside the women's bathroom and crowding the door to it too. There are no signs in the park where there needs to be, especially since the app with ride wait times is very inaccurate and the map is useless. It doesn't matter which way you go, the map will show you going the wrong way. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a restaurant and ended up walking in circles, ending up back where I started each time, despite walking in different directions. There also needs to be some sort of a dress code implemented because sometimes you will leave traumatized from the things people wear. There are kids in the park. Honestly, save your money. It's way too overpriced anyway, especially with only getting to ride three rides when you're there for 12 hours.

Scarowinds does NOT stay open long enough. We got in at 7pm tonight and have rushed thru 2 haunts and 1 ride and now it is 11:29 pm. Wait times are ridiculous to only be open until 12am. Carowinds PLEASE consider extending your hours unless you plan to limit ticket sales. 5 hours is NOT worth 70 a ticket to stand in line for 90% of the night. Something has to change!
The goldpass will allow you into the park and into scarewinds but their are some paid haunted attractions but most are free plus 3/4 of the rides are open.
If you get it online its $48 and $16 for parking if you wait til you get to the gate its $69 and $20 for parking but the gold season pass is $120 so if you plan to go more than once it's better to get the season pass.
This isn't a question but I'm going to pretend like you asked the question "Is it fun and exciting?". The answer depends on what you like. Do you like roller coasters? Do you like places where they have a variety of roller coasters to ride on? Then yes it is enjoyable and exciting, especially since they have some really tall and fast rides.
It was opened when I went Saturday, but I always park near it and walk to the main entrance to get in my steps. My granddaughter always says my car looks so lonely all by itself.
Carowinds will allow you to bring your umbrella and you're allowed to bring a small lunch, A helpful hint when getting in the door is to have each person carry their own lunch bag,l a large rolling cooler will not be allowed, They will make you take your large rolling cooler back to your car, Believe me I have tried, thank you for your question please like and follow
You will get it at the park. Make sure you don't loose it because you only get one no matter how many times you go. So if you forget it at home, oh well they will not give you another one. You will have to buy another cup.
Yes, in fact. All riders (including season pass holders) require a reservation with every visit. Otherwise, you will not be let into the park. To confirm this, you can visit their website and go to the FAQ section.
You can buy the ticket at the door either with a credit, debit or cash card, or you can buy online directly on the website. If you buy the season park membership, it includes the paqueadero and you can visit as many times as you want.
You have to contact them trough there website. Give your information and reasoning and they usually get back to you within 2 business days. Let them no the urgency and way to contact you. But they do allow you to switch ticket days, or they did in the past I've done it for family that came in town.
If you back up your photos to Google Drive, they should be in Google Photos. They might've been backed up by the phone manufacturer depending on the manufacturer, like Samsung.
After you pay for your ticket you can go on all the rides as many times as you want, if you use the carowinds app itll show you deals for the day you go as well as a map of the park and ride wait times. Food is pretty expensive there and really worth the money, except chickie n Pete's is good and they have a chick fa la.
Gold pass season tickets does not include fast pass. They are separate season passes, which you can purchas either online or at guest services.. Another options is to purchase fast pass tickets on the day of your visit, which is good for that days visit. Hope this information helped. Either way hold on and have fun!!!!!
Once your in if you want to go out, let them know before going out! They have arm bands or something like that.. Then you can go out! People bring coolers and food in their cars and go out and picnic in the parking lot! I'm not sure what regular price is, My son and I went on Memorial Day❣It was more expensive! They give senior citizens and Military discounts❣ Members of the SECU Credit union can get discount tickets from there❣
Can't find it at the moment, but I know it's $15 or $20. Gold season pass is free parking so if you're planning on visiting more than once or twice it will be cheaper to get the season pass.
Do seniors get in free or what discounts do you have for them

Per their website : Adults age 62 and older can share in all of the fun by purchasing a senior’s tickets for only $19.99!
Must be accompanied with valid ID. Valid any one day the park is open to the public through December 31, 2019.
How much is the express lanes?
Christy May | Oct 23, 2019
Dr.BatCow | Oct 23, 2019
For $70 per person you can cut the lines (there is a $55 option, but it doesn't include Fury 325, The Intimidator or Nighthawk). Coupled with the price of park admission, you're looking at $129.99. Worth it in my opinion if not you will stand in long lines all day long. Plus there is something that feels so good just passing other people.
The only number I know would be listed in the website. You'd think they would return your call. Bad practice not to. You could also show up in person if you live close enough.
Yes there's is actually a section for the little ones in the water park and Rides but warning the prices for sovernours and snacks and food and drinks are expensive be careful when you are there because your wallet will go dry
I wouldn't bother. if you get there early enough, you can park close enough that it's not a problem. Regular parking there is a rip-off; I certainly wouldn't pay another $10 for so-called VIP parking.
So if a kid is 2 almost 3 will he go for free?, Do people have to purchase a ticket or they check in at the gate?
June 4th was the last day to apply for the Pre-K free pass guys, in case someone else asks thanks for ghe answers
Yes I usually do water park first since it closes earlier take all our swim stuff to the car after our shower and park close to the other gates and then do the rides theres less lines also later in the day
I would like to renew last year's season pass. Is there a discount on the renewal of my gold pass
Anna Kupka | Oct 23, 2018
Shannon Anglin | Oct 23, 2018
I see that it guarantees you the lowest prices when you renew but I'm not sure how much of a discount that would be. I would definitely call ahead and ask
You have to go on the Carowinds website & register your children under 5 for the PreK Pass. Once you've registered them you'll get a confirmation email that you'll need to take with you to Carowinds along with each child's birth certificate to prove their age. Once the email & birth certificates are verified they'll take a pic of the kid(s) & print them a PreK Pass Card to use for each visit to the park.
Im not sure the exact cost but Scarowinds is a different event than regular admission. But if you buy a large drink from Burger King you can get $10 off gate admission. Probably cheaper to buy online though.
There are specified restaurants you can get food from. You can get drinks every 15 minutes and food every 4 hour's. It's better to have the add on because the food ranges around $13.
They will close the rides if it is lightening/thundering. They usually wait for 30 minutes at least for the storm to pass before opening the rides again.
Wat are the days carowinds are open now
Kashem Brunson | Oct 23, 2017
Ron Hughes | Oct 23, 2017
Carowinds is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 5pm and then Scarowinds is open Friday thru Sunday Night 7pm until Midnight, Saturdays on the 21st and 28th Scarowinds will be open from 7pm to 1am. Winterfest starts Nov. 24th 5pm to 10pm Fridays thru Sundays and the Week of the 17th thru 23rd of Dec. then closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas reopen on the 26th thru 30th from 5pm to 10pm.
The park is now only open weekends. The water park closes Sept. 10. Scarowinds starts Sept. 15 and runs until Sunday Oct. 29. They are doing Winter fest nov. 24- 28.
The season tickets give you unlimited access to the park and free parking all season long. You also get early park access, discounts on merchandise and food purchases. They also have bring a friend days that allow you to purchase discount tickets for friends to come along with you.
The water park is included in general admission. All prices and breakdowns are clearly explained on their website. The water park doesn't open until May 27th.
Absolutely each ride is in the app as long as your heart is in good condition and your not pregnant and your accompanied by an adult you can ride but just to double check I would check their website
I think they maybe different in price for children and adults. I believe that the children are separate and or considered adults once they reach a certain age
I had the same experience when trying to call them before our reservation date never got ahold of them also once arrived at carowinds the line to speak to someone is also like waiting in line for one of the costers, from what I observed they are only letting 1-2 people inside at a time for customer service.
The website says 50$ for electric with 10$ deposit. And I believe the manual is 20 or 30$. The electric ones look like they have decent power especially for the ups and downs throughout the pathways in the park.
What would I have to do if I wanted to come with a group but I wanted to do the water park and then you sweetheart and what would the price be for that
no, if it's grayed put you can't go that day. fast passes may be available for the people that already have reservations but with out a reservation you can't get in
Each pass is for one person. Children 3-5 years old can get a free pre-k pass. Under 3 is free. Above 5 everyone needs their own pass or ticket. As for parking one pass per car is needed.
No I don't think they will reopen until the spring

Yes they have rides n water parks for all ages. Kids love it. The dinosaur alive is cool but a little small but it was really cool. The dinosaurs look very life like.
No they did not, we went just last Sunday and it was pouring hard but all the rides were open. But rain really hurts on the face...but it was fun to be on the rides in the rain.
Yes, rides are still ongoing. It's pretty much the same just themed out for Halloween and they have live people dressed in costumes there to scare you. Plus Haunted rides and houses! Me and my kids love it!
No, however when you go to buy a pass online it gives you the pros and cons of the pass. Basically everything you can do and can't with that specific pass.
$107+tax (Easy 3 installment are also available) .Currently special season pass(2019 -2020 end)sale is going on.
If you have any of your friend having season pass then get daily pass with their id and do upgrade on the day for $60+ tax to save some dollars
My sister and I were talking about going to Scarowinds at some point. My sister said we can not wear masks, but I was wondering if we would be allowed to cosplay or dress up as characters as long as our faces were showing?
Kristen Chason | Oct 23, 2019
Aaron Young | Oct 23, 2019
As long as face is not covered to hide you identity, should be okay.
It's the same prices everyday. It's less after 4pm. Bring a friend prices change from day to day. They have day prices, evening prices on the website and bring a friend prices are all listed for each open day on the calendar. Evening tickets are the best value and lines for the rides are shorter. They are about 45 dollars. Prices do not include parking. Unless it changed, parking should be 20 dollars. Online prices should be less.
I do not actually know i started going to carowind in the early 2000s so i can not properly answer that question but carowinds music us good and you can really feel the good vibes and at the place near chick fill a i really love there music if you like country you will love it to
No ma'am! They do have their own set up for extreme heat. Yesterday they passed out free water. That was cool because everybody can't afford those drinks or meals
I have season passes, but when I have gone and bought daily tickets I always checked Groupon or did a Google search for coupon codes. You can often save money and time and avoid the ticket line by ordering online at Carowinds.com. There is a place to enter coupon codes on the order form. Also, if you want to wait until after 4PM, the rates are lower and you still have 6 hours before the park closes. If you are planning on going more than twice, season passes are well worth it!
Usually $49 for adults & $45 for kids. But you can always find deals. Less than 2 weeks ago I saw $20 off coupons at Bojangles, not sure if they're still doing it but worth a check
With the Gold Pass you have unlimited parking. Which means you don't have to pay. When purchasing the Gold Pass, you can choose to add a drink cup with unlimited refills, or a plastic/foam cup with a refill every 15 minutes. You can bring up to 6 friends per day ranging from $20-$45 according to which day it is. Also get a 10% discount at various places inside the park. You can check out carrowinds.com to check dates
I completely disagree. I think it is a no-brainer to buy the fast lane plus.it's saved as many hours of waiting time even with the park not being very full.we went as a family with some persons not riding the roller coasters and this really allowed us to move through the park quickly and together as a family because we went straight to the front of the line every single time. So I suggest to skip a couple of meals out, use that money for the pass and enjoy the park without standing in lines being hot and sweaty all day long. Please see my review for a full explanation of why the pass is such a good deal
Karissa “The Portal Maker” McKenzie | Oct 23, 2019
Chick-fil-A gives you your meal in a bag, so for sure you can take that home if you want.
Also there's a Starbucks with food and drinks you can take with you. You can buy fudge to take home as well.
Probably not, as different days have different admission costs. Call the park just to confirm though. You may be able to use it on a different day that has the same price. Hope this helps
Fast Pass Plus allows you to take a faster, shorter route of a line, making waait a time less. Inclusive includes Single Day Admission, Parking, All Day Dining, Fast Lane Plus, a Regular Souvenir Bottle and a Single Day FunPix Photo Pass.
Why is the South Gate entrance always closed? Parents who need to park near the Camp Snoopy section are inconvenienced when having to park by the main entrance. Please explain when the South Gate is actually open.
Water is definitely free. We went out to a restaurant with all intentions of going back till 10 pm and got too full and went home instead. If you leave the park, eat lite. Lol
Its 57.00 for one adult and 45 for child if you buy online. and then 20 to park. But if you go into a subway then u can get a cheaper ticket. I'm not sure that price just know its cheaper.also you can buy them at harris teeter in the gift card section and it is cheaper there too.

yes can bring up to 2 dogs or cats the kennel is completely free no shots or records are required as they dont handle the anaimals you put the pet in the kennel and you take the pet out of the kennel, they will put bowl water in the kennel
juniors are considered anyone under 12 years old or under 48". If you order online all tickets are $45.00. $57.00 with tax and processing fee or $69.99 @ the gate.
Tickets normally run about $50. Unless you are a member of the state credit union. Then you can get discount prices or if you know someone who is a member. But it covers entrance to both the theme park and water park. Rides are free if you can handle the wait times. Normally during the week though the lines are not as long

The water park was shut down when we went for"maintenance" but it is included in the price for the tickets. We were able to get a big discount online for a group and picked up the tickets at the gate. It was still alot of fun even without the water park. There was plenty to do in a day.
Ticket prices vary. From open to 3pm it's one price after 4pm lower, age wise 60+ discount and then you discounts for military, travel club, etc. But to be honest check website

No, they are seasonal. They start in early spring weekends only and go 7 days a week late spring until Sept then weekends only thru Nov 1 and the Winter fest nov- Dec 31st select dates. See their website for times and dates
Yes it closes if it rains hard enough that they think not enough people will show up to make it worth their while and for safety reasons. Drizzle or scattered showers are not usually enough. Sometimes they will close the park early or rides will be closed because of weather. You just have to take your chances. For heavy rain that gives them enough notice, they will post the park closing early in the day. But they have closed the park as we were driving up to the gate. (we have been season park holders for years)
That's not true, rides are open. Their app lists the latest updates and the map on the website states what is normally open. The only coaster open after Scarowinds ends is Afterburn. All the rest of the rides are the state fair type rides like richocet (a wild mouse ride) , Rock N Roller (a himalaya ride), zephyr, electro spin, do so do, scrambler, and at least 11 kiddie rides. Christmas is more about the live entertainment, lights, and food.
Same for all no discount. I got it for my 5 children and I and paying monthly for them, if you want to pay up front its about a little bit over 100.00 or 150.00 each. Monthly it's about a little over 8.00 a month for each
The food is phenomenal at the restaurant, but there are lots of other choices, too! If you have kids, Snoopy's park is really cute. But, for sure, the coasters are SWEET!
2 and under are free. They have a pre-kindergarten pass right now for free. I think it's ages 3-5. You have to apply on their website and provide a birth certificate or passport.

Those are two totally different fees. No if you wanna go to both then yes you pay both fees. I suggest going to scarowinds though it's alot of fun as a guest
Yes, but you can go to both and you can go in to carowinds from the water park and vise versa. We spent part of the day at the water park and then put our towels and stuff in our packs a went to carowinds
They can definitely look you up in the system without the card/pass(we had a question about a family member's pass who wasn't with us a couple nights ago), but I'm not sure if they'll let you in. I'd assume so, but call and check.
A limited supply of wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECV) are available for rental at the Rental Center on the right just inside the Front Gate. However, since wheelchairs and ECVs are rented on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance, we urge guests to bring their own wheelchair.
You can purchase a one meal deal, an all day meal plan where you can eat every 90 minutes, or add on a lunch and dinner plan to your season pass good all season long.
does the 44.99 ticket allow you to go in water park also at carowinds?

How much does it cost for 6 adults
Lisa Frick | Oct 23, 2018
Palak Parmar | Oct 23, 2018
Regular daily pass is around $50 for an adult with $20 parking plus expenses for food/drinks etc. I know you have a question about 6 adults, however if you gather a group of 15+ the individual ticket may cost you around $35. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Depends on the day. Starting like the third week of August you can get them for around $20 for weekdays. Before that they're $45 for anyday (up to 6 people per pass holder). So depending on amount of people and when you want to go you may be able to find them cheaper than the bring a friend program.
Weekdays. And I suggest getting fast lane passes, they may be expensive but they are definitely worth it. Last we went, we rode the fury twice in about 10 min
Go to guest services. I lost my wallet and had roughly $700 in it and it was at guest services with every penny still in it. It's still some good people in the world.
We went on a Saturday its pretty busy. I'm thinking it would be busy. And it was recommended to us as two day trip because of all the lines for rides plus I recommend fast line passes.
Yes they have lots of handicap parking and rides that would be enjoyable for any age. They do have some shows that play throughout the day and personally the water park os really relaxing
I went like yesterday and i used a $20 off ticket (which are free at any Bojangles) ans my ticket was 50 bucks. Im assuming that without the discount its around 70
There are plenty of hotels within about 10 minutes or so of the park. Only a couple right at exit 90, but another is under construction beside Cabelas.
I have 3 kids and it was cheaper for me to purchase the gold passes. Because of the parking. You can get a two day pass for 70 dollars per person. Then it's 20 dollars a day parking. With the pass it covers parking. Also this year they are offering kids under 6 free passes with the purchase of a regular pass.
If your not close enough to come alot you could always buy 2 gold passes if any kids fall under the free pass get them then use the bring a friend and the fee is only 25 per person per day. But you can only bring one person per day per pass.
The gold pass is a great deal if your going to come more than twice, because it covers the 20 parking fee. If your here on vacation the two day pass online is the best way to go.
If you have kids under 6 the gold pass will allow them the kids free pass. Check it out on their site.
Theseason passes have images connected to them in the carowinds computer system... They have buddy days where you can bring up to six people with you and they get a discount on those specific days.
Yes there is.... Its a decent dize with things for everyone to play on and ride... There are 2 wave pools several water slides and a few water playgrounds
Its 60 per person except after a certin time its 30 per person or you can get a season pass which really pays off if you want to go a lot like i do with my family
I see you advertise fast lane plus passes at $70.00 but when I was there on the second of June I saw they were on sale but when I asked to purchase three of them the guy said that that was the wrong price on the monitor and charged me $80.00 a piece.
Ashley Eubanks | Oct 23, 2018

My suggestion to you is purchase them online & you will save money.
How much are the fastlane plus passes?
Ashley Eubanks | Oct 23, 2018
Festus | Oct 23, 2018
Online the current rate is $48 a person for the regular fast lane pass and fast lane plus tickets are $63 a person. Prices may be different at the gate
Why carowinds do not made the park secure for cut liners.?
They have to insure the good kids and the kids that do not respect the rules.
The security guards they need to be back up with the police officers.

Idk i guess they just expect to much from their guest
You can go to the pass area and they can help you from there. If you're not sure where it is (it is kind of hard to explain) you can always visit the customer service area right outside the main gate, or just give them a call. We had the same issue.
As the others have said, weekends are most crowded. Weekdays are less so. If rain is forecasted, people stay away, even if there is only a scattered chance of showers. I love those days!
Usually. It will be a bit of a hassle. To avoid forgetting it, get the carowinds app, and add your season pass. Or write down your card number to make it easier to get it next time.
if u buy and go before june 24, all tickets are $45 and theres a prepaid parking pass online for $15..get the souvenir cups too for $10.99- they are $13.99 in the park
all rides included in ticket price except for ripcord and slingshot.
Bonus info: Also if you decide you like the park and want to come back you can upgrade to a season pass while you are there so that the money you paid for the daily ticket goes toward the season pass. Coming just twice a season using a season pass will be about the same as buying 2 daily passes so it's worth it.
Yes but if you take it they search it and you cant bring in any outside food or drink..... if you roll up towels and stand them on end in the backpack you can sneak in waterbottles in the towels
it's been years since I had to be picked up...and they used to have a spot specific for this that they tore down. The road leading up to the park has a turn around to go back out before you get to the place to pay for parking, they could walk there to meet you. Also there is cabelas and some restaurants just off the parking lot they could meet you at.
Yes just show the email that was sent to you and they will give you the free parking for the day and tell you to get your pass activated. I just got mine last week and thats what they did for me.
Like states above, no. They want you to spend money on their food and drinks. Take a cooler with food and drinks to leave in the car. You can leave the park with a stamp on your arm, go eat what you brought, save money, and get back in.
Head to guest services once you make it to the park, and they will have you fill out paperwork, you should get wristbands, and you can go to the exit of a ride and they will tell you a time to come back and ride, so they won't have to stand in line and risk sensory overload or anything else.
If you buy online its $45 each per day you get a good discount on 2 days or you can get the season passes I don't think you get discount on passes but you get free parking with gold pass and they have meal and drink discounts online
You can buy a $15 cup and get free refills that day and bring it next time for $1 refills or buy a $30 cup and its free all the time if you have your cup with you. But no, no free food or drinks with Gold pass.
Yes! They are usually less crowded in the mornings than the average day (church). Chick-fil-A won’t be open, but there are plenty of other places to eat.
Yes they do. Then when the rain stops they have to allow time for each one to be tested for safety. I have been there when it rained at 5:30 for maybe 45mins and then waited another 1 to 2 hours for rides to open even then some may not reopen if it is still windy or rain made things very wet.
You will only get a new pass if Carowinds closes and if it is for more than half of their operating day which nearly never happens. The rides close but the park and restaurants don't.
I am not sure... But I was able to find this for a friend of mine..."Join us as we pay tribute to our brave military service men and women by offering FREE park admission to any active, inactive or retired member of the United States military with a valid military I.D." The days are May 27-28 and July 2-8...
Last year my grandson was 3 years old amd Carrolwimds charge us full price for a gold pass for him so this he is 4 and we were still charged fir price. I just noticed that children under 5 get in free and noIdon'understa d why go o. informed us of th

We had to bring our sons birth certificate to the information window to verify his age and get the free pass. He's 4. I would take his birth certificate to the information window and get a refund.
Only one per person, they will take a photo of you so you can't let anyone use it. You also get perks like free parking, entry to Halloween, Christmas and 10% off on food. Sometimes they will email you discounted tickets to use for other people. It's actually a good deal if you plan on going a lot. You could try just getting one season pass for one family member and see how it works out if it's your first time.

It is 45 per person from the age of 3 to 65 and you no longer pay anything to serve you, you can go up to everyone you want just your food is apart lol this fun my family c the best step
You can save more if you go after 4.pm.. tickets are 33$ for adults and kids if you buy the parking online its 15$ vs buying it st the front gate ...its 20 there.. I hope this helps
We want to go tomorrow morning when we get the family package

If you and your family live nearby, I recommend that you buy the ticket for the year. They can give a deposit, then pay 5 payments for 5 months. After two visits, the Season Pass is paid for the same.
I swear that nobody looks at any of the times. He closes at 10 on Saturday a little earlier on Sunday and then passed Memorial Day over you open the weekends
The tickets are available on their website and at the gate. Online is cheaper than at the park. The park does not open until March 24th. The hours will very depending on the day of the week. Their schedule is available on the Carowinds website under hours.
Rides for all ages, arcade games a few. Note: arcade games are Not included in ticket price. Also, a few rides cost additional money. Website indicates I believe. If you live less than two hours away and plan to go more than once, purchase a season pass. They are worth it!
There are 2 different options for the Fast Lane at Carowinds:
$70- Fast Lane (every ride)
$55- Fast Lane (DOES NOT include the following rides: Fury 325, Intimidator, or Nighthawk)
$60- Park Fee
***Altogether your looking at about $130 per person if you add the Fast Lane***
Buy the gold pass for $106 if you are going to stay local. Platinum pass gets you into other parks in the Cedar Fair network. I suggest the season dining option.
Park is closed right now until March! It closes at 10pm on weekends & every night during weekday at 9pm and it is open seven days! Gold card available now! $108.00 total, but you can pay in payments!
Well there are different passes you have silver gold and platinum. And you can pay by day best pass i heard was the gold for budget but to recieve it all platinum is were it is. Silver is $102 total or 5 easy payments of $15.75 after initial 23.25 payment gold is total $108 or 5 payments of $16.75 after initial $24.25..platinum is $216 or 5 payments of $34 after initial $46
The person that has their picture in the gold pass can use it to get in free and free parking too Also The Gentleman Is Wrong silver pass does not give free parking only admission and platinum is only for use in many different parks
During the mouth of may.
All fridays 9am To 10pm.
Saturday 10am to 10 pm except the 27 which will be 10am to 11pm.
Sunday 10am to 8pm Excerpt 28 Which Will be 10am To 10pm.
Than the 29 on open from 10am to 8pm. The reat of the days they are not open.
Full price but you could depending on age drop them off the drop off zone which you would need to pay for.
In other words free to drop them off. Not free to go in.
How much does it cost for all day admission and food pass for three teens and one senior who only be supervising but not riding any rides or going in the water?

The tickets are 55 each and food pass is 31 bucks. I would get2 food passes. They pay for themselves in two trips and you can eat every90 minutes. The above will cost you 335.
I took 6 and got the souvenir cup for drinks and all day refills
If roller coasters, speed and thrills are your thing, you'll love it! My daughter really enjoys this ride and often rides it twice in succession, since we're season pass holders and get in before the lines are long.
With WinterFest starting this year, it will pretty much only be closed from January until April. Use your money at tax time to buy a season pass and enjoy the park all year.
Yes you can. You can do this online or at the park. You do need to check the website for bring a friend discounts. Some days for Scarowinds does not offer a Bring-a-friend discount.
Any age can go to Scarowinds. You can opt out of going into the haunted houses/mazes, but people in scary costumes do roam the park. You can purchase, for an additional cost, a no scare light up necklace to tell the Scarowinds personnel not to scare your child. I think they are $10 and called No Boo necklaces.
Its simply because its coming to what this hemisphere considers fall, so they closet them accordingly. They do the same with local pools. Its not just Carowinds
I don't think Carowinds is part of Disney. Did not eat at the park only get drinks. My diet is not gluten free;however,I am working on making better choose.
I have the gold season pass. I haven't used it yet- it's still in my email- if I c ok ne to scarowinds, will they be abe to activate my card?
Also if I bring a guest can they get a discount since I'm a gold pass member?
Shane Godwin | Oct 23, 2017

They have friends and family discounts on certain days . Its best.to check the website for deals .
They are doing a special if you buy a scarowinds ticket in september then you'll get a daytime ticket any sunday in September only. Total cost for that ticket is $30 plus tax. So your getting a ticket for free
I believe it was $100 just for one day at the gate. I think what there talking about is a season pass which lets you walk in the gates anytime through out the year until they close but does not include the fast lane. That is still separate from the season ticket. They also have a drink package that comes with a refillable cup, and a lunch and dinner package. Which can be bought separately for the day or ad ons with your season pass along with the fast lane.
Theres a calendar on website. Only open weekends right now. Scarowinds is about to start but park will be open during day. Tomorrow is last day of waterpark i believe.
Great answers. Also keep in mind that not all of the water attractions will be available since most of the workers are gone back to school, or home base
They usually close on weekdays starting the last week of August each year when Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools are back in session. That is where they get the majority of their employees. That is also when their attendance would be the lowest since most all schools are back in session then too. So it is not cost effective for them to stay open during the weekdays during the fall.
