No,Carowinds closed at 6 then at 7 they reopen for Scarowinds. I have a gold pass so I don't have to pay extra for Scatowinds. I will be going to Winterfest in Nov at Carowinds. It was beautiful but they didn't have that many rides going. My son was mad about that. He wanted to ride the rides and I wanted to see all the lights.

No, SCarowinds is a separate event. You will have to buy a separate ticket for that. A season pass is the way to go. If you buy a 2019 pass, you will get unlimited admission to Carowinds, Scarowinds and Winterfest for the rest of 2018!
