Buy the gold pass for $106 if you are going to stay local. Platinum pass gets you into other parks in the Cedar Fair network. I suggest the season dining option.
They have different version at different prices. $102 for the silver, its just for the park. $108 for the gold, includes the park and water park. $216 for platinum, it includes the gold and access to all their parks across the country.
2018 Silver season passes are $102 & goes up to Platinum season passes which are $216.
They also have the option of buying the season pass with monthly payments. This is a great way to be able to get passes especially for a large family and not have to pay all of it out at once. You can even add your dinning passes and drink options to the monthly billing. I did and I will be completely paid in full before the season even starts. The sooner you order the less you pay per month.
Yeah its not bad. And you can get a group rate if you have 4 or more I believe.

Gold is $102 best if you plan on spending the summer swiming and riding amusement rides plus gets you free parking, fright fest and winter wonderland
