Yes. Has stuff for all ages. Plus its nice to walk around, food is a bit pricy but they have many options.

You need to define your definition of old. My mom is 66 and still rides the big rides. However, if you mean frail and elderly with a walker, then there's not a lot for them to do but people watch and enjoy a few shows. There are a few rides they can participate in. Boo Blaster, Carousel, and the Carolina Sky tower. Older folks will know there limits.
