No. We've brought in a child's cup with water for him and weren't stopped. Technically I guess they could, but they likely won't bother you for that

I went yesterday and they were giving free water away to stay hydrated so I don't think they should say anything
Yes you can bring water. I was there a couple of weeks ago and saw people with small coolers.
