I am trying to buy tickets to Rock the Park in June and wanted to know when it says concert tickets include admission to the park, what does that include? is it just to walk through and we have to pay for rides?

Rides are included but parking, food and drinks are separate. Parking is $20 & food/drinks in the park are priced unless you get the souiviner refill "glass". The park itself can be done in less then 1 day. Get hand stamped & go to Wendy's or the Chick-fil-a in the park
