Absolutely each ride is in the app as long as your heart is in good condition and your not pregnant and your accompanied by an adult you can ride but just to double check I would check their website

I believe so. As long as their health is in good condition(heart, not pregnant, etc..) and they can sit in the ride properly including meeting height requirements.

See each ride guidelines posted at entrance to each attraction.

It depends on what the disability is, for example if you can not remove yourself from a wheelchair on your own; no. The Carowinds website would be the best place to get the best information.

it depends.

There are guidelines for each ride on at the entrance to the ride. There were people with disabilities at Carolina Harbor too. I suggest being there early so you can get good parking.
