They do not do refunds or rainchecks according to their website. You can try customer service but we had no luck.
I believe they will reschedule your tickets, but not refund them. Not 100% thou so I'd check with the parks office.
I would contact the park and find out their reimbursement requirements considering an emergency has arisen. They may extend the time line on the usage for the tickets.
